Change is inevitable.

Life around us is constantly changing and evolving.

And if things are not changing and growing,

They are decaying.

We have a vast array of belief systems in place that have been developed throughout our lifetime and keep us comfortable and safe.

Many of these systems no longer serve us.

They limit us for making positive changes and can even keep us in situations that are detrimental to our well being in the areas of relationships,

Jobs and our own physical health.

How can we change if we have programming that we are not aware of?

We all have situations in which we have experienced a need to do something new or different,

And somehow we just can't seem to take action or we procrastinate.

We know we need to do it.

There is something deep inside of us that continues to create excuses for why we don't take that step.

Whether it is pursuing a dream,

Leaving a job or improving our health,

We become stuck or even paralyzed with fear.

We are creatures of habit and familiarity and change is indeed scary.

The fear could be a fear of success or failure,

A fear of being happy,

A fear of attracting more attention or a fear of losing what we have held on to for so long.

Fear is a normal part of being human.

However,

Unless we are in imminent physical danger,

We can take the time to identify the fear and have compassion with ourselves as to where it comes from.

Now take a few deep breaths and breathe into your heart space.

Think about one situation in your life that you would like to change or are avoiding taking action on.

Really feel the fear and acknowledge that it is something that you really want to do.

Where do you feel the tension in your body?

Focus your attention on that area.

Take a deep inhale and direct your breath onto that area.

What color is the discomfort?

What shape is the discomfort?

Now put an emotion on that area.

Panic,

Terror,

Worry,

Indecision,

Anxiousness.

There is no wrong answer.

Now we are going to have a conversation with that discomfort.

It needs to be heard,

And only when you get quiet and give it a chance to speak,

Can you hear it and acknowledge it.

Tell it that it is safe to share with you now.

Ask that space on your body what it wants you to know.

What does it have to say?

Why is it afraid for you to take action towards whatever change you are wanting to make?

I will give you a few moments to have a conversation with it.

Allow yourself to speak to it like you are speaking to a child.

Being inquisitive and providing it with compassion and understanding.

You Now give the emotion permission to let go.

Think it and watch it transmute into light and then dissolve into the air.

If it does not fully disappear,

It's okay.

Visualize taking a spray bottle filled with love.

This spray is time release,

Which will dissolve the tension in divine timing.

Fully coat the area and trust that it will dissipate after this meditation is over.

Now,

Thank the area for showing you the underlying fear.

Scan your body and see if you have any other areas that are holding on to fear.

I will allow you a few moments to do the same process.

You You You You You you Now take a few moments to visualize what your life will feel like with the changes you make.

What emotions are you experiencing?

Freedom,

Happiness,

Joy,

Excitement,

Passion,

Confidence.

Whatever it is,

Allow your entire body and senses to be in this experience with you.

You You You You Send gratitude and blessings to this experience and release it into the universe.

You have just revealed and dissolved subconscious fears that have been keeping you from making positive change in your life.

Acknowledge that this is a very kind,

Loving and courageous thing to do for yourself.

In order to make this change a reality,

What action can you take in the next 24 hours to support your decision?

You Now set your intentions that you will follow through with this next step.

Now take a deep breath and slowly move your body.

Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes to bring yourself back to present.

And when you are ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Please be kind and loving to yourself and drink plenty of fluids as you've moved a lot of energy with the meditation and healing session.

You can use this meditation anytime you are faced with procrastination or fear to take action in any area of your life.

A really powerful dialogue in this meditation, a pity that there was no music to mask the interference coming from the mic, as it detracted from meditation bringing in opportunity for doubt to creep in. However, it is a meditation I'll definitely come back to as I enjoyed the content enough to still give 5 stars.
