The teenage years are often where our light began to dim—not because it wasn’t bright, but because it wasn’t safe to shine. In those formative years, many of us learned to armor ourselves against rejection, betrayal, or invisibility. We carried dreams we never spoke aloud, pain we pretended didn’t hurt, and questions about who we were allowed to become. This three-day journey, Healing the Inner Teen, is an invitation to softly turn toward that younger self with compassion, patience, and deep care. Over the next three days, you will meet your inner teen not as a problem to fix but as a part of you still longing to be understood. You’ll reconnect with their voice, validate their pain, and remind them of their inherent worth. This course combines gentle psychological insight, energetic healing, and powerful self-affirmations to help you rebuild the bridge between who you were and who you are becoming. You’ll be guided through reflective teachings, a meditative journey on Day 2, and practices that reawaken the trust your teenage self once lost. Through softness, honesty, and presence, you will rediscover that your inner teen doesn’t need to be silenced or hidden—they are the keeper of your authenticity, courage, and creativity. Together, we’ll make space for their voice to rise again, free and unashamed, whispering: I made it. I’m still here. And I’m ready to be loved.
