Good morning and welcome to your morning motivation for mindfulness and self love.
With this practice,
Your mind is going to expand as we tap into the subconscious and utilize all the resources that you already have inside of you and around you to make changes in your life.
We will access your higher self and the programming that has been instilled in you that has been keeping you stuck and preventing you from loving yourself to the fullest and creating changes in your life.
When you utilize this practice daily,
You will see changes start to happen.
It may start with little changes,
But you will start to notice that you will begin to think differently,
Speak differently,
See yourself differently,
And eventually lasting changes will take place.
You will begin to love yourself more each day.
This practice is meant to tap into your other than conscious mind and create lasting changes when used on a daily basis.
Your subconscious mind will assess your life experiences and will help you make the simple change or changes that need to be made today.
Your mind will start to process this new information and orchestrate the modifications and feelings that need to be made according to your higher good.
Start by breathing into your heart.
Take a deep breath for the count of four,
Inhaling your breath into your heart.
Hold for the count of four,
And now exhale for the count of four.
Take another deep breath the same way,
Holding and exhaling all for the count of four.
One last breath to bring that love into your heart and allow your body to calm.
Now you are going to scan your body to see where you may feel any tension or stress.
Imagine someone's shining a healing flashlight on your body,
Starting with your forehead.
Anywhere you have tension,
The light will dissolve this energy,
And as you slowly continue scanning the light down your face,
Your neck,
Your shoulders,
You will become more relaxed.
Continue to scan across your upper back,
Your mid back,
And your lower back.
Scan the light down your right arm to your hand and fingers,
And now the left arm down to your fingertips.
Shine the light across your chest,
Over your heart to your abdomen,
Across your hips,
And down your right leg to your toes.
Now shine the light down your left leg,
Slowly all the way down to your toes.
Shining and holding the light for a few extra seconds anywhere there is tension.
I will give you a few extra seconds to rescan any areas that have some extra tension.
Now close your eyes and you will focus your attention on love.
Think about that warm feeling of unconditional self-love.
Allow yourself to visualize what that love looks like.
You will gradually bring that love to you as you receive this information on a regular basis.
Changes in how you think and feel will begin to take place as you experience gradual shifts.
Your subconscious mind will make these changes in the manner that is best for you.
These changes may take place anytime during the day or at night while your mind is in a deep state of sleep.
Trust the process.
You are love.
You are created from love and are connected to the universe,
The source of unconditional love.
When you can open yourself up to that love,
Shifts will start to happen.
You will start to notice love around you and within you.
Everything that you need is already inside of you and by trusting the universe and knowing that you already have it,
Love for yourself will begin to emerge.
You have the power to bring out the love.
Let go of the voices of your past that keep you from believing that you are loved and lovable and focus on the words that are coming to you now.
You are magnificent.
You are precious.
You matter and you are important.
You are love.
Focus on the self-love that you desire with your heart bursting from the inside.
You don't have to figure out how to achieve it as your super-conscious will navigate your way there.
New situations will start to appear where you honor yourself.
You will set boundaries and you will begin to distance yourself from people that don't honor and respect who you are.
These are the stepping stones to self-love.
You will no longer criticize yourself and you will begin to see your worth.
You will develop intolerance for things that are a lower vibration and negative and toxic people will start to fall away.
This may possibly include family members and that is okay as you are able to let go of any connections with people that do not love,
Honor and validate you in any way.
New people will start to appear in your life and that will support your new journey.
You will continue to trust the process.
The love for yourself will grow more and more every day,
Every week and every month.
You will have a new happiness and motivation for life and be open to new ideas and experiences.
You will start to do things that you have always wanted to do.
You will meet new people and it will add to your positive experiences and validate the greatness you are.
The thoughts and beliefs that have held you back will slowly start to dissolve from your subconscious mind like a popsicle melting on the sidewalk.
You may not know what they are but your mind knows and it will all be taken care of a little bit at a time.
You will start to notice more love and happiness around you that others are experiencing and you will find gratitude in that because it is a sign that love for yourself is growing.
The barriers will begin to dissolve and you will feel your heart open up.
You will fall in love with life and with yourself.
By opening yourself up to trusting that this path will be laid out,
You are allowing the super conscious to do things in ways that you would have not thought possible.
New possibilities will open up,
Exciting experiences will present themselves and life will become easier and start to flow.
Your dreams will manifest in speeds that you never thought possible.
Your self-love will grow like a seedling that has been nourished until one day you realize that you really do love and accept yourself and everything about who you are.
You will look in the mirror and see an amazing,
Lovable human being looking back at you and you will know that you have reunited with the beautiful soul that has always been there.
All of the lies you once believed about yourself will have fallen away and all that will be left is magnificent you.
Now bring the feeling of self-love to mind and how that would look like to you.
How does it feel in your body,
In your mind and in your heart?
Notice the peace,
Happiness and joy of the image.
Combine all of these experiences and hold the sensation for a few moments.
Marinate in the deliciousness of your self-love and notice how those who love you respond to your new light.
It is who you are and who you have always been and you have reunited with your true essence.
Express gratitude for the amazing self-love that has emerged.
Trust your inner guidance,
Trust the super-conscious and trust yourself.
You deserve to love yourself and it is already in you.
Now take a few breaths and know that your subconscious has received what it needed through this practice to make these changes in your life.
Slowly open up your eyes and feel the gratitude for everything around you.
You are love.
You have always been love and this will become your new truth.
Carry on with your day with an undeniable love and gratitude in your heart and confidence that you are well on your way.
Surround yourself with those that believe in you as this is your precious little seedling that you have planted and protect it with all that you are so it can grow.
