This new course offers us an opportunity to practice and improve the innate imagination faculties that we all have. All five senses are stimulated via the guided imagery. An essential component for developing great visualization ability. The modules present a series of guided mind movies that further serve the great purpose of taking us into an informal relaxation session. Enhanced imagination, or more accurately, visualization skill, has many benefits, including improved creativity, problem solving via being able to see more options, stress reduction, a general happier mood, The guided excursions include a fantastical trip down the Amazon jungle in a Dugout canoe, a flight in a hot air balloon over a high mountain range, swimming with wild dolphins and whales off the coast of Mozambique in Africa and more. The mind movies can be run many times and are delivered in rich poetic prose. I further encourage everyone to create their own mind movies based upon the principles presented over the course. Enjoy

Introduction To Visualization Practice
This first module introduces the practice, telling us what to expect and gives us essential pointers and preparation detail. An effective visualization practice engages all five senses, that are then stimulated via the guided imagery. An essential component for ensuring that we develop correctly and become capable of great visualization ability.
Lektion 2
A Walk On A Warm Sunny Beach
This second module takes us on a wonderful, easy stroll on a warm sunny beach. Mind movies are basically day dreams and are a great way to relax or run through up-coming events to help us achieve positive outcomes. Regularity of practice is essential.
Lektion 3
A Fabulous Trip In A Hot Air Balloon
This third module sees us off in a hot air balloon ride over a high mountain range with waterfalls and some delightful surprises. A healthy imagination is excellent for balancing out our heavily rational, logical oriented modern society. Ironically, the practice benefits not only creative and artistic folk, but also engineers, doctors, lawyers and so on.

Down The Amazon In A Dugout Canoe
This fourth module has us taking an extravagant journey down the Amazon river. Regular practice of these mind movies greatly stimulates our imaginative faculty which improves quickly, like muscles do when we train them. Improved imagination has multiple benefits, as Albert Einstein, Nikola Tesla and other great men and women knew.
Lektion 5
Swim With Wild Dolphins And Whales
This fifth module presents a delightful swimming and diving trip with wild dolphins and whales off the coast of Mozambique in Africa. Artists, scientists, technical folk and just about everybody can benefit enormously by developing the imagination. This is also a great way to relax.
