Lektion 1
Taking Inventory: Connect the Dots From Here to There
Let’s use today to take inventory of your breath and begin to develop a relationship with it, explore how it moves through you, how it moves you while bringing you back home to yourself. Today we breathe into where you are, exactly as you are with compassion and love, with acceptance and openness. I invite you to take inventory with a birds eye view into your life and get honest about where you are and where you want to go. You must know where you're going as much as where you are so you can connect the dots of how to get there. The universe is ready to respond and always has your back, but you must make the first move and for today that means giving yourself full permission to breathe life into your dreams. Write out the vision you see for yourself in 6 months. It should feel like a little stretch but still be realistic. Be careful not to pick things that are too big – it’s better to keep them a little smaller and reach them rather than make them too big and get discouraged. As you do this, many thoughts and emotions will come up. Some might be excitement and joy for what is next and some might be fear and doubt of how to make it happen. And maybe all of them are swirling at the same time. Self-mastery is being able to create an aligned vision for yourself and it is also about knowing how to manifest your vision into reality. During this program you will learn the mind-mastery techniques for reverse engineering your goals, and aligning your mind, body and energy to be the creator of your life.

Your Thoughts: Your Life is Created by Design or Default
We have 50,000 – 70,000 thoughts in a day – wow! That is a lot of mind movement. Becoming aware of your thoughts - the words you are using, the conversations you are having - and then learning to reframe them to align with your desired results is what manifesting is all about. Have you ever wondered why it’s so hard to change a thought or a habit?! Well, it’s because “neurons that fire together, wire together.” – Carla Shatz Basically, our brain cells (neurons) communicate with one another via synaptic transmission– one brain cell releases a chemical (neurotransmitter) that the next brain cell absorbs. This communication process is known as “neuronal firing.” So, how does this relate to your thoughts? Each time you repeat a particular thought or action, you strengthen the connection between those active neurons. Therefore, the more you have a thought, the stronger it becomes – translating into habit, action and ultimately the results in your life. If you aren’t liking your results, you probably have a looping thought pattern that isn’t aligning with what you want. This program is going to help you identify these patterns in order to begin to pivot and start writing a new story that fires off new thoughts and gets different results.

Perspective Shifting: You Always Have a Choice
Nothing changes if nothing changes...the easiest and most powerful way to invite change is to choose to see your emotions, thoughts, people, and situations differently while trusting that you are always being rerouted to your best-case scenario. What if you started to see everything as information, detached and neutral? Imagine not reacting to your life situations, but responding instead. Imagine finding yourself within a feeling and being able to extract its gift – watching it move through you instead of the feeling controlling you? Today is about shifting your perspective - allowing yourself to open up to seeing things differently. You cannot change the past or certain situations, or control how everything unfolds in your present moment, but you can control the lens through which you see it and how you choose to experience it. The stories we tell ourselves need to be questioned, not just accepted as truth. For things to change, we have to allow room for a perspective shift. That might mean something that has felt so real for so long might actually be a pattern to investigate and see differently. When you start to question what you have believed for so long, it can feel very confronting. Staying in what you know feels safer and easier than opening up the rabbit hole of change. Learning to shift your perspective is a necessary step in becoming the conscious creator of your life.

Pivot Practice: Allow Yourself to Change
It’s time to pivot! There comes a time to turn towards the future and decide that the past is just a series of moments leading you here to the edge of expansion, growth and change. Imagine all your old stories, thoughts, habits, and past patterns are over there on your left. It’s time to turn and face the right, the future, the next level of who you are creating. You must honor everything that has brought you to this moment and also know that some of it cannot come with you into the new version of yourself. It is important that this turn be mindful and gentle with full acceptance, compassion, and forgiveness of what you have been through. Releasing and reframing parts of our identity takes persistence and consistency. I invite you to hold very steady as pivot, the parts of you that don’t want to change might flare up and try to pull you back, so be aware. Pivoting is about allowing yourself to change; it's about feeling excited with what you have set out to do even through fear, discomfort and the unknown.

The Unknown: Release the Status Quo, Reach to Grow
The unknown is the necessary space of void where creation can take place. Our mind plays tricks on us, telling us the space of no-thingness is empty when in reality it is filled with possibilities, opportunities, and the energy of creation. We hold ourselves hostage inside of what we know only because it’s familiar. You must let go of your attachment to your current story, your programming, your agenda, even part of your identity so you can enter into expansion, growth, and change. Not entering the unknown will keep you stagnant; the unknown is a passageway to what you want. It is a necessary experience to shed off the old and emerge on the other side refined, rebooted, and ready for the next experience. Getting to know how you move through the unknown will serve you over and over again and make evolving not only more known but more fun and relaxed. The unknown is so beautiful in its mystery. The unknown is so vast in its opportunity. The unknown is your friend, not your enemy. Your fear of it is. Don’t be scared. Embrace the power of what you know and let it guide you.

Vision In, Vision Out: See It. Believe It. Achieve It
Everything is created twice - first in your mind as a thought and then becoming tangible through aligned action, consistency, discipline and commitment. A vision is a mental map helping to pull you forward into aligned action through the vision your mind has conjured. You must see it in your mind so you can attune to the opportunities that will show up to support you in bringing your vision into reality Just having a vision will not bring the vision to life. In fact, many people make the mistake of staying in the wanting of something and wondering why it doesn’t happen. It is so important to charge your vision with emotions (vibrations) – the details about what it is, and also how it will feel to have it. Feeling joy will attract more joy. Celebrating will attract more things to celebrate. A great way to recalibrate during times of change are to use laughter and feeling good to course correct. Feeling good feels good and will expand your energy out, making you a magnet for attracting what you need to create your vision. It sounds abstract but it really works! Another way to strengthen your vision is to talk about it with people as if it is going to happen or has already happened. By “speaking it into existence” your vision gets charged up...and the best part is that you never know when you will meet the somebody that knows the somebody ;)

Create It: It’s Time To Be The Creator Of Your Life
You are an artist and your life is the canvas. You have everything you need to be the creator of your life and create many masterpieces. On the days where things flow, it’s easy to create. But how do you navigate the days where you’re not inspired, you’re tired, and the negative self-talk starts to take over? Knowing how you move through resistance is one of the most important skills to learn for completing all of the small tasks that together create the big vision. Mastering resistance will not only save you time, but it will make the creative process more enjoyable. Nothing will manifest without action. Visualizing is daydreaming with a purpose, but without action, it will remain a fantasy. The danger for many is staying in the wanting of something and not ever taking aligned action, usually because resistance generates procrastination and prolongs the process. Many will eventually give up instead of moving through the resistance. Not you! It’s time to master resistance!

The Art of Evolving: Embrace Your Journey, Allow Yourself To Be Happy
Through the process of evolving, an old identity peels off and you become the next version of yourself. You are either creating your life by design or by default, it’s your choice. But the fact remains, you are always evolving. Time is bringing you into the next moment; so how you decide to experience that moment and all the moments IS the journey of evolving. Self-mastery is the art of evolving - the dance of who you are, and who you are becoming. Evolving holds inside its definition the essence of change... developing gradually, leaving one state of being and flowing into another. The art of it, is to know that change is inevitable so not only taking responsibility to be the creator of your life but to also find the way to enjoy all the moments, all the emotions, all the waves as you continue to transform and change. Each new phase of evolving requires a new level of ownership, power and compassion. I invite you to continue to ask yourself, “Who am I without that thought, pattern, behavior person?” Allow for this perspective shift to come in, it will allow you to open up to the possibility of change. Remember, there is no there... only now. You must take what you need from what you have created and learned and keep going, keep growing and keep flowing.
