You will learn about Yoga Nidra and how it works in our brains and bodies as well as the basics on how to practice with compassion. I will guide you though the steps of Yoga Nidra and then we will practice together.
Molly is a a Mindfulness Teacher trained in Mindful Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). She helps you create a healthy relationship with present awareness and build resilience through Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, and Reiki.

Lektion 1
Intro to Yoga Nidra
During this lesson, I will walk you through the background of Yoga Nidra and how your brain waves change throughout the practice. Afterwards, I'll guide you through a meditation session.
Lektion 2
Practicing Yoga Nidra
During this lesson I will guide you through Yoga Nidra as well as revisit the basics and the flow of this practice. Set up your space for a cozy Yoga Nidra class.
