Meet Your Tools & Set Your Energetic Space
In this first lesson, we'll discover the tools we'll be working with in this course. We'll also set our energetic space to feel safe, grounded, and empowered.

Befriending Your Fear
As humans have evolved, fear has helped our species survive. Fear can also keep us small and held in the illusion of comfort. Sometimes our fear is healthy and needed, warning us of an unsafe situation. Sometimes it can paralyze us. Can we invite our fear to join us for tea? Can we allow this energy to take a seat next to us, listen to its message, maybe even befriend our fear?

Sacred Sadness
Today we'll look at the energy of sadness together and get curious about our current relationship with this emotion. Connecting with and allowing this emotion can be profoundly healing. We'll get grounded and invite this emotion, maybe even some tears, to flow.
Lektion 4
Honoring The Gifts Of Anger
It's tough to have a healthy relationship with anger. We often project anger externally or suppress this emotion internally, rather than owning our anger and letting it move throughout our body. Anger is a powerful emotion and catalyst. Maybe it's bringing us a message of a boundary we need to set or showing us a behavior that we will no longer tolerate. In this lesson, we'll discover the many gifts of anger when we allow authentic, empowered expression of this energy.

Marinate In Gratitude
Gratitude can help open our hearts, allowing us a deep feeling of warmth, connection, and peace. This energy deepens our presence to all of life. Being grateful connects us to more beauty, more goodness, and more meaning. In challenging moments, gratitude can help us find purpose in our pain. How do you experience this emotion? Let's dive in and explore together.
Lektion 6
Soulful Joy
Joy can be found in the simplest of moments - a warm hug, a shared laugh, the sight of a rainbow after the rain. Colors seem brighter and we feel free. Sometimes this powerful emotion brings us to tears. We may also experience foreboding joy, which is when our experience of joy is interrupted by thoughts that something horrible is about to happen or that our joy must come with strings attached. The more we do our inner work, the more we can become aware of all that prevents us from fully experiencing joy.

The Mystery Of Love
Today is the last day we will look at a new energy - love! I don't know if we'll ever be able to unravel the mystery of love or many of the other emotions we experience. Living in the mystery is part of our human experience that we get to explore with each other. How can we embody and express more love in this world? How can we invite more love into our lives? Let's open our hearts and sit with this powerful energy.
