Lektion 1
The Little Voice Inside Your Tummy
The first chapter of this story starts in your bedroom, with toys piled right up to the ceiling. There’s no room to play. Then you sense a little voice inside your tummy. It says it’s your special friend and it will always have good messages for you. So, you decide to go on an adventure with this new special friend. After this chapter we explore today's learning outcome: to have awareness of your intuition and how it serves you.
Lektion 2
The Mist Around Their Heads
In the second chapter of our adventure, you will notice a group of five people who look anxious and have a thick layer of mist around their heads. One is talking about how it’s bad to feel curious and another is talking about a monster in the mist. After this chapter we will explore the learning outcome of this lesson which is about being caught up in unhelpful thoughts that can narrow our opportunities.
Lektion 3
The Roar Of The Monster
In Chapter 3, you hear a big ROAR! Your friend Polly is terrified and runs away. The mist around her head looks just like the mist that was around the heads of the five people you came across in Chapter 2. After this chapter we explore today's learning outcome which continues on the theme of intuition, including how this can be our best point of reference when making a decision.
Lektion 4
Stay & Breathe
Despite the roars coming from the mist, you choose to use your canoe to paddle out into and through the mist to get to the forbidden island. Before you do, one of the white, fluffy clouds in the sky becomes big, grey and grumpy. After this chapter we will explore today's learning outcome: staying centred when things get scary.
Lektion 5
The Grumpy Cloud & The Monster
In Chapter 5, the big, grey, grumpy cloud wraps itself around your head and you will come face to face with the monster in the mist. The monster believes that nothing will save you. After this chapter we explore how unhelpful thoughts can take over and how this makes it difficult to experience what is really going on around us.
Lektion 6
The Monster Thought Takes Over
In Chapter 6, the monster continues to present you with its scary thoughts. But don't fret! Meanwhile, both the little voice inside your tummy and the big, grumpy cloud have devised a solution for you. After this chapter we explore the learning outcome of how breathing can help us in future moments for when our thoughts take over.
Lektion 7
Confronting The Monster
In Chapter 7, you make the decision to take control of your life. When you do, everything changes. The first thing to change is the big, grey, grumpy cloud that is wrapped around your head. After this chapter, we will learn how unhelpful thoughts are on the inside in our minds, not on the outside, and how this is both perfectly normal and able to be addressed.
Lektion 8
Confronting The Big, Grey, Grumpy Cloud
In Chapter 8, that grey, grumpy cloud with ‘monster’ written upon it has now changed because of a special technique used. Now that it’s not around your head, it seems that it’s desperately trying to tell you something. After this chapter we learn how thoughts can be broken down into two simple categories, which can help us when we need to unhook from negative thinking.
Lektion 9
The 5 Senses
In Chapter 9, you befriend the big, grey, grumpy cloud who takes your advice and uses your special technique. Then you gain insight into why the people on your island have mist around their heads. After this chapter we will learn how important the five senses are, not only for being more focused in the now, but also for when unhelpful thoughts appear.
Lektion 10
A New World
In our final chapter, all of your insights from this adventure will come together. You will make it through the mist and get to the other island. You will also find out what that huge 'roar' sound is and where it comes from. From here, it’s up to you as to how you go about your mission in helping others be part of the positive change, and in turn, creating a more peaceful and positive world.
