This is a short meditation course designed for setting intention in the morning. It focuses on five key personal qualities that we have the capacity for enriching. Each day follows the same structure. We start with an introduction to settle us in, a simple practice to get grounded as we melt into the moment. Then we get to explore the quality of the day. We do this by visiting the waves. Waves have a wisdom to them. And these waves that lap away whilst you practice, will speak directly to you about this particular quality. This gently leads on to some affirmations associated with the wisdom from the waves. Finally, we end with a gentle gesture in how this quality could be brought into your day. This course has been made so you can repeat it if necessary. It’s also been designed so that you may get something different from it each time you practice. Thank you for taking part in this.
