Affirmation Course Day 1
Affirm - state strongly a fact or truth. Motion - take action or a process or action. You see affirmations are a way for us to take action to step into our full potential despite past programming or habituation.
Affirmations are one of the oldest and easiest ways to reprogram the subconscious mind.
You see, your subconscious mind is the genie in the lamp!

Affirmation Course Day 2
I am so grateful you are here with me. This course on affirmations is intended to offer you an immediate and powerful tool for transformation in any arena of life that you so desire.
I began affirmations at a very early age. You see, I have a mind that is very active and I knew early on that it could become a great asset or my Achilles heel. So, I found that by using the repetition of words over and over that I gave my mind a job while I was still able to go about my business.

Affirmation Course Day 3
Let’s talk about abundance. Often, we are programmed to think that abundance is money, however, I want you to free your mind so that you can begin to recognize abundance in all forms such as friends, family, love, food, safety, and so much more.
The root word abound translates as overflowing. Take a moment to recognize all of the positive overflowing aspects of your life.

Affirmation Course Day 4
Today, we will discuss affirmations for health and wellness. But first, how are you feeling? Are you noticing any positive shifts? I always notice how my mind is like Teflon to positivity and Velcro to lower vibrational thoughts. After many years of practice, I realized that so much of our programming in life is around the idea is “watching out” for the bad stuff.

Affirmation Course Day 5
Can you believe that today is the last day of our five-day course together? Today, I want to share with you an affirmation that has been so powerful for me in my life. However, before I share this you might need a little back story.
I grew up in some less than ideal circumstances and by proxy had all kinds of anxiety. Since early childhood, one of my biggest challenges has been reeling my mind back in and getting grounded in the present moment so that I do not run off into the narrative of my mind.
