Okay,

So take all the time that you need to get yourself settled down and comfortable.

This is going to be a period of restfulness and stillness in which you are invited to go deep inside yourself.

So it's important that you set yourself up correctly.

I would recommend lying down but really whatever position is comfortable for you.

Making sure that your temperature is alright and that all of your physical needs are taken care of.

Set your intention today to journey deep into your womb,

To work with whatever it is that is there that is not serving you.

And to bring yourself healing.

So once you're settled,

Close your eyes and tune in to your own breathing.

Just allowing that breathing to happen naturally,

Easily.

Going as deep and slow as is right for you now.

And I wonder if you can imagine now that you find yourself on a mountain.

And as you imagine you don't have to visualize.

Some people find that images come easily.

Whereas others just tap into what it would be like to know that's where you are.

So knowing you're on the mountainside in whatever way is right for you.

You find yourself coming to a set of steps carved into the side of the mountain.

Slowly,

Gently and with ease.

You follow the steps down.

You're going down for what seems like a long way.

Always aware of the solid supporting stillness of the mountain at your side beneath you.

For a long time you come to a doorway in the side of the mountain.

It is clear to you that this doorway is a place of great power,

Of benign power.

And as you step through the doorway you feel the mountain's strength entering you.

Inside the doorway you can see for a little way with the light from outside.

You realize you're going to need to bring your own light in here.

So you pause for a moment.

You ask the earth for support.

And you breathe in.

Finding that place within you around the area of your navel which is an important energetic center.

And as you breathe in you feel a light coming with your breath into this energetic center.

And as you breathe out you realize that this light is emitting from you a gentle glow.

So that you find yourself surrounded by an orb of light.

It is gentle,

Radiant and protective.

And will light you on your way as you explore beneath the earth.

Guided by your light you begin to make your way into the cavern.

And if you aren't able to know the entirety of the cavern at once that's okay because you know that whatever you need you will find.

And as you descend deep into the cavern.

And as you look around you at the walls maybe reach for them.

You come to the realization that the earth here is alive.

A very rock changing over millennia over eons.

So slow that it is beyond intellectual comprehension.

Nevertheless you feel the slow life of the earth as an energy surrounding you.

And you realize that here in the womb of the earth.

You can make the changes which will bring healing to your own womb.

And so you begin to explore the walls of the cavern.

And you continue until you find something growing there which seems out of place.

Notice the form this takes.

And notice your own reaction when you find the growth.

Notice any thoughts,

Emotions or associations which arise.

These reactions are a gift to help you to understand where you most need healing.

When you are sure of your own reactions you can if you like reach out and touch the growth.

At this point you may find that it detaches from the wall.

Or it may not yet be ready to be removed.

As you touch the growth still noticing your own reactions,

Emotions,

Thoughts or memories.

You find within yourself a deep compassion.

A compassion for yourself.

And a compassion for the cause of this growth.

And reminding yourself once again of that inner light which you are still carrying with you.

You decide to send compassionate healing to this growth.

And as you make that your intention you may notice that the growth begins to receive some of that light,

That infinite light which you are carrying with you.

So just send that healing out for a couple of minutes.

And enjoy the process.

You You You You You You And now that you have spent that time healing You Notice any changes in the growth may have shrunk away or disappeared Or there may be something which it has left you with to carry out of the cavern today You notice also any changes in yourself Your feelings Your energy Your thoughts You And if you have anything to take away take it with you now as you begin to make your way Out of the cavern back towards the door You And when you get to the doorway just stand in this place of power You Feeling the energy The luminality You And knowing that you may always return here if ever you need to You You hold up whatever it is that you have removed from the cavern And you offer it upwards for healing You And as you offer it up for healing You suddenly and definitely The weight is taken from your hands It may be that whatever you've brought has just dissolved Or it may be that some being Takes it from you You know that you've released this now And you are safe to heal And you are safe to heal You And feeling lighter and more joyful you begin to make your way up the steps in the side of the mountain You And it's time now to come back to the room where you're doing this meditation And so you notice once again your breathing You notice your physical sensations You notice any sounds around you You notice any light quality coming in through your eyelids or you may even wish to open your eyes And it might be time to wiggle your fingers and toes even have a little stretch And as you come fully back to the room You thank yourself for taking this time To do this powerful meditation You thank yourself for taking this time to do this powerful healing You

I experienced this as a beautiful guided imagery, and incredibly poignant as I navigate through a variety of health challenges. I found it as part of meditation to support relief of pelvic pain, and the title directly drew me in accordingly, but it also touched my sense of my anxiety. It felt like this could be about anything which had "grown" deep within, which was painful and difficult. In those ways, I absolutely feel just as comfortable sharing it with my 12-year old son as I do his twin sister. I look forward to learning more from you.

I've listened to this 3 times now. First time at night i fell asleep waking at the end, 2nd time at night i almost fell asleep and decided to turn off the meditation, this time in the morning i got thru all of it. I also started to bleed early this morning. My last two blood flows have been ultra painful and 2 weeks ago discovered a follicle was acting some mischief. So thank you for this meditation, it was very timely fire me
