Notice your shoulders and jaw.
Let them soften.
Feel your connection to the ground beneath you.
This is your anchor.
Now take a slow,
Deep breath in.
Hold for a moment and exhale fully.
Let's do that two more times.
Inhale.
Hold and exhale.
With each breath now,
Feeling tension leaving your body.
Your chest and belly soften.
Your body feeling lighter,
Calmer,
And more present.
Now gently say to yourself,
I can pause here.
I don't have to pass this on.
Imagine stepping back mentally for a moment.
Giving yourself space to choose your response instead of reacting.
Take one final grounding breath in and out.
Notice how even a small pause can change everything.
You did it.
You hit the pause button.
