Courtney Johannesen is a conscious parenting educator who helps parents regulate their emotions, calm their nervous systems, and break reactive cycles. Her work blends mindfulness, breathwork, and nervous system awareness to support calm, connected parenting in real-life moments of stress and overwhelm. She teaches parents how to regulate their nervous systems and break stress cycles so they can respond instead of react and creates deeper programs and workshops for parents ready to shift the cycle for good. In addition to working directly with parents, Courtney partners with practitioners, schools, and organizations to teach emotional regulation and conscious communication practices. Through guided meditations, courses, and trainings, she supports both families and professionals in creating more regulated, compassionate environments.
