Welcome to this confidence affirmation meditation.
Come into a tall seated position.
You could sit on the floor,
Maybe with a cushion or blanket under your seat,
Or in a chair with your feet flat on the floor and your back slightly away from the back of the chair.
Take a moment to settle in by finding your posture,
Letting your shoulders relax down your back and making any adjustments you need to be comfortable here.
As you're ready,
Settle into stillness.
And if it feels right,
You can close your eyes.
Tune in to the flow of your breath.
Smooth rhythmic inhalations and exhalations.
Breathing in and out through your nose.
Continue breathing like this.
And as we move into the affirmations,
I will say each statement and then you can repeat it silently to yourself.
Do your best to feel the words and the meaning of these words in your body as you say the statement to yourself.
In this moment,
All is well.
I am confident,
Calm and centered.
I am becoming more of myself every day.
I take excellent care of myself.
Every day,
I do my best.
I believe in myself.
I prioritize my health and well-being.
I am worthy of love,
Connection and care.
My potential is limitless.
Today I choose my thoughts.
