Hello,

My name is Kari.

Let's meditate together.

You can sit down while you meditate today with me or you can lie down,

Whichever you prefer.

We're going to do a meditation that involves setting an intention on your breath.

It's a very simple but very effective meditation to help to cleanse and purify and change the vibration in your physical and energetical body.

Start by closing off the eyes.

With your eyes closed,

You can focus in more on the other senses that you have.

Your hearing automatically gets more acute.

But also,

The sensations in your body become more clearer,

More easier to distinguish with your eyes closed.

So the first thing I'm going to ask you to do is just check in with your body.

As you sit still with your spine straight or you lie still and quiet,

Just feel what's going on inside of you.

Automatically slow down your breathing.

Sometimes we do this without even realizing,

But slowing down your breathing,

Again,

Allows you to really feel what's going on inside.

With a longer,

Slower,

Deeper breath,

It creates more silence inside.

So not only can you hear more clearly what's going on around you in your home or wherever you're at,

But you can also hear more clearly what's going on inside.

Your body will start to communicate with you.

An important part of your being is your abdomen,

So check in there.

Notice if your tummy feels tight or heavy,

Wound up,

So to speak.

Normally,

This happens subconsciously and we don't realize that there's tension,

Anxiety,

Maybe stress present in that part of our body.

When the outside world is not going perfectly smooth,

What tends to happen is the abdomen creates a defensive wall.

It instinctively goes into protection mode and that creates this tightness,

This tension inside of our body.

If you can feel that inside of your body,

Pull your breath into your tummy.

And as your breath comes into your tummy,

Imagine it's just softening that tension.

Your breath is bringing some relaxation into that part of your body.

Really try hard to let the muscles relax in your stomach.

Check in with the space across the back of your shoulders.

Notice if your shoulders are tight and high.

Let your shoulders soften,

Purposely pull them down away from your ears.

On your exhale,

Pull them down a little bit more,

Creating space between your shoulders and your ears.

Relax that part of your body.

Check in with your heart space.

If there's tightness,

Tension,

Heaviness,

Just breathe gently long and slow into your heart,

Your physical heart and your heart centre,

Your heart chakra.

See that your breath is bringing in this relaxation.

Allow your heart to just relax and soften.

Tell your heart,

It's okay,

You are safe.

In your mind's eye,

Start to visualise a white light there in front of your face.

You can see the light as a sphere,

A cloud,

Whatever you want to see it as.

But see if you can just focus on all that you can see through your mind's eyes,

This bright white light.

Know that the light feels welcoming,

It's there for you,

For your purpose.

And as you breathe in through your nose,

See the light moving into your nostrils as if you're bringing something,

The cloud,

The sphere,

The ball of light into your body,

Into your being.

And then follow through with the visual of this light starting to circulate and travel around the front of your face.

Let the muscles in your face soften as the light flows around them.

See the white light penetrating all the way to the back of your head.

And as you breathe out,

Visualise grey,

Black,

Blue.

Breathe out all that's inside of your face and your head that doesn't serve you.

If the white light is carrying the energy of cleansing and purifying,

Then as you exhale,

What do you need to let go of?

Think about the thoughts that you have that don't serve you.

Think about any tension around your eyes,

Your cheeks,

Your jaw that you might be holding in your face that doesn't serve you.

See if you can soften your face just to a very slight smile.

And in your mind's eye,

See all that you don't need travelling out through your nose or your mouth,

Making space for more light to come in through your nose.

See the light travelling down your throat,

Circulating around the front and the back,

Down into your shoulders and across your chest.

Breathing out any tension,

Any stress or heaviness you've been holding onto.

Breathe out and release.

Breathe in and accept.

Breathe out and let go.

Watch as the light flows down over your shoulders,

Down into your arms,

Your elbows.

Watch it flow down your lower arms all the way until it falls off the tips of your fingers.

Believing,

Cleansing,

Purifying your energetic self.

Your physical self.

Breathing out and releasing.

In your mind's eye,

See the light flowing around all of your organs.

Flowing around and through and in your heart,

Your lungs.

Breathing down into your intestines and your bowels,

Cleaning out everything it flows into contact with.

Purifying,

Brightening,

Changing the vibration inside of you.

Taking a big deep breath out and releasing any darkness that might be held in your abdomen,

In your lower abdomen,

Down at the root of your spine.

Watch it swirl around your sexual organs.

Breathing out and releasing any negative energy stored in that part of your body.

Imagine when you breathe it out and you see the grey or the black or the blue,

You're releasing anything old from your past that's stored in that sacred part of your being.

Let go of old lovers,

Let go of old experiences,

Let go of anything that's negative that you're carrying that doesn't serve you.

Just release it with your breath.

Watch the light flow down into your legs,

Down over your knees.

See it travel all the way down past your coughs to your ankles and then watch it flow out of your toes,

Down into the ground.

Allowing your entire body to absorb the light through your breath.

Every cell,

Every bone,

All of your muscles containing this brilliant white cleansing purifying light.

Straighten your spine just a little bit more.

Feel the spaciousness inside of your body,

The openness that you can sense in your energy.

Notice that heaviness is gone,

The barrier feels like it's gone.

Allow your head to just raise up and back slightly as if you're staring up at the sky,

Opening up to that brilliant light from above.

Opening your entire vessel up to being cleansed and purified.

Reset button.

Recharged,

Renewed and ready for whatever life brings your way.

And so it is.
