Meet your Teacher

Cory Cochiolo is a Certified Hypnotherapist with two decades of experience, having earned her certification in 2004. She became a Certified Hypnotherapy Teacher in 2008 and runs a successful private practice in San Diego, CA, where she works with clients daily. In addition to her hypnotherapy work, Cory specializes in teaching meditation classes throughout her community. In 2012, she expanded her reach by creating Corys Stories & Guided By Cory, thriving YouTube channels dedicated to meditation for both adults and children. With over 20 million views, her content has helped countless individuals find peace and relaxation. Most recently, she has ventured into the world of podcasting, continuing her mission to guide others on their journey of self-discovery and healing. Cory is a Certified Advanced Altered States Therapist and Hypnotherapist. She holds a Master’s Degree in Transpersonal Psychology from the International University of Professional Studies. As a dedicated educator, she is both a teacher and a member of the International Association for Regression Research and Therapies (IARRT) and is also affiliated with The National Guild of Hypnotists, Inc. Beyond her hypnotherapy and teaching expertise, Cory is also a published children’s author. Her books are designed to introduce young minds to mindfulness, healing, and self-awareness. “Sarah’s Rainbow Angel” teaches children how to heal themselves through sound and color, while her latest book, “Bedtime Meditations for Kids”, offers 30 quick, calming exercises to help children relax and sleep peacefully. Through her various endeavors, Cory remains deeply committed to helping others tap into their inner wisdom, heal, and transform their lives.

You’ll be gently led into a deep state of relaxation and surrender, allowing the body and mind to soften and open. In this space, resistance fades, and you become more receptive, more present, and more connected. As you settle into this state, you’ll begin to feel the natural ease, lightness, and quiet joy that emerges when you let go and simply allow yourself to be.
