
Relax And Let Go
This is a deeply relaxing, guided meditation led by Cory. The atmospheric music in the background compliments her soft and soothing voice, designed to allow you to completely let go. Let your breath become effortless, as your body melts into a still and calm space. Let go of any stressful realities and slip into a deep sleep.

Alright,
So let's just relax.
Make sure that you're laying down for this meditation so that you can completely relax your body.
Let your muscles let go,
Let everything let go.
In a seated position that's a little bit more difficult,
So lay down and get comfortable.
Check your body,
Pull your shoulders away from your neck and give yourself some space.
Relax your jaw and close your eyes.
With your eyes closed,
Start to imagine that you're going inside.
You're going into your own sanctuary,
Your own quiet place.
A place where nothing can bother you,
Nothing can disturb you.
Just by closing your eyes you're creating this trigger in your mind that says,
Okay,
It's time to meditate,
It's time to relax.
Focus on your breath and really watch your breath.
Just feel it,
Notice everything about it.
Be aware as you breathe in and you breathe out.
Feel the sensations as you breathe in and you breathe out.
Notice your body's movement as you breathe in and you breathe out.
Just watch all the little tiny details of your breath,
Just for a few breaths.
And then start to lengthen your breath.
Breathe longer,
Slower,
Deeper breaths into your tummy,
Deep down into your abdomen.
Fill your chest and your lungs,
Really fill your tummy.
And then when you breathe out,
Release all of the old stagnant energy.
With every exhalation,
Breathe out every single bit of old stagnant oxygen.
Squeeze it out so that you're mindfully making room for new energy,
A cleansing breath.
Just do that for a few breaths.
Now,
Focus and breathe into your head space.
So when you breathe,
Just focus on your head.
Be aware of your breath filling your head,
Your face.
And as it fills your head and your face,
Imagine that your breath is starting to touch all the little muscles,
Starting to touch your mind,
Brain,
Your skull.
And as the breath touches everything,
It starts to relax it.
So focus on the top of your scalp and imagine that all of the hair follicles are softening and relaxing.
The back of your head lets go and completely relaxes into your pillow.
The space around your eye softens and your eyes can roll up and relax slightly.
Imagine that you're just staring into that space,
Endless space in the middle of your forehead.
Allow your eyes to just relax into that.
Your temples,
Your forehead,
Your cheeks,
Your chin,
Your chin.
Relax your jaw.
Move the tongue from the roof of the mouth and allow your tongue to fully relax.
And start to breathe into your neck and the back of your shoulders.
Focus on every time you breathe out that you release any tension that you're holding in your neck and your shoulders.
Start to let the muscles soften and get heavy.
Physically move your shoulders away.
Pull them down just a little bit more,
Away from your ears and let them get completely heavy into the surface that you're laying on.
Just relax your shoulders.
When you breathe in,
Imagine your breath is relaxation itself.
When you breathe out,
You let go.
You let go of tension and stress and worries.
You let go of anything in your mind or your body that doesn't serve you.
Your breath,
Your out breath is a release,
A cleansing.
Just by breathing in and breathing out,
You're cleansing your body,
Relaxing it.
Allow your chest to soften and relax.
Imagine the relaxation rolling down over your shoulders,
Down into your arms,
Down your arms to your elbows,
And from your elbows all the way down to your fingertips so your arms are quiet and still and completely sleepy and relaxed.
Let your lungs start to slow down.
Let your breath become effortless and shallow,
Like your whole body starting to just disappear into another time and place.
And all that's there is your conscious mind focusing on your breath,
Relaxing.
Let your tummy soften and relax.
Breathe deep into that space.
We hold so much emotion there.
Let the muscles soften.
Let your digestive system slow down and just be at peace.
Breathe.
Relax.
Relax your hips,
Your thighs,
Your knees.
Your cough muscles soften and relax.
Let your muscles soften and relax.
Your ankles.
There's a deep,
Deep relaxation vibrating throughout your entire being,
All the way down to your toes.
From the top of your head to the tips of your toes,
Everything is comfortable and safe.
Everything's relaxed and calm.
Just by closing your eyes and stepping into your own little world,
Your sanctuary,
Your safe place to be.
Let your whole body go.
Just let go.
Let your whole physical body just disappear into complete relaxation.
