Welcome to another meditation with Corrie.
It's time to get yourself into bed.
Get comfortable.
Make sure that you pull the covers all the way up to your chin.
Get out all of your wiggles,
Wiggle your toes,
Wiggle your legs,
Wiggle your body,
Wiggle your hands and your arms.
Move your head from side to side,
From the left to the right.
Get out all of your wiggles so that you can lay still and start to relax and listen to a special story today.
Today's meditation is really kinda like a story.
It's all about a little girl called Sarah.
And Sarah has an angel that looks just like a rainbow.
So when you're ready,
Let's get started.
Sarah's just an ordinary little girl.
She could even be a little boy.
It doesn't matter who's listening.
This story is for everybody.
She's a very special little girl because she realizes that she's never ever alone.
Even if there's no people around,
She's always got her friend with her,
Just like you.
If you didn't know this already,
You are just like Sarah.
You always have an angel watching over you all of the time.
Your special angel is just like Sarah's angel.
It helps her.
It keeps her company.
It makes her boo-boos feel better.
Sarah's rainbow angel keeps her completely safe.
Let me tell you the story.
I have an angel.
She looks just like a rainbow.
When she's near me,
She fills me with colors.
My rainbow angel is always with me.
When I get hurt,
She stays with me when I feel ill.
All I have to do is close my eyes and see one of her colors.
Sometimes I see red.
Sometimes I see orange,
Yellow,
Green,
Blue,
Purple,
And sometimes I even see violet.
Bumps,
Lumps,
Even tummy aches.
My rainbow angel can fix them all.
Sometimes one of my boo-boos needs the color blue.
Blue makes it feel better.
Sometimes my tummy needs the color red.
Red makes it feel all warm and relaxed.
Once,
I was really,
Really sad.
And my rainbow angel covered my whole body in yellow,
Just like sunshine.
That made me feel happy really,
Really quick.
Green always makes my feet feel really good.
Makes me feel like I'm running on spongy grass.
This helps my body feel strong and alive and full of energy.
I like the color green.
My rainbow angel can also sing.
She makes the sweetest sounds that make me feel well.
I like it when she jingles,
Just like a bell.
The vibrating sounds make me feel light and happy.
I love my rainbow angel.
Sometimes she rumbles like the engine of a car.
Sometimes she fills my whole body with silver and sings Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.
Do you have a rainbow angel that makes you all better when you get sick?
My mom says it's good to share.
Just call my rainbow angel.
She'll be right there.
Close your eyes.
See?
Surprise!
Now tell your rainbow angel what hurts so she can make you all well.
You can tell her your problems.
You can tell her your worries.
You can tell her your aches and your pains.
She'll be right there with you all the time,
Keeping you safe.
Your rainbow angel will be your bestest friend.
Now,
Time to sleep.
Relax those feet.
Let your legs get nice and heavy.
Starting to feel really,
Really comfortable.
Relax your legs.
Relax your body.
Relax your arms.
Everything's getting very,
Very heavy.
Your whole body's starting to sink deeper and deeper into your bed.
Very comfortable.
Relax your head.
Let your head just fall deep into your pillow.
When you dream tonight,
You'll find that your very own rainbow angel will make themselves known to you.
Just like Sarah,
They'll help you with your boo-boos,
With colors and sounds.
And from this day on,
You'll never,
Ever be alone.
You'll always have your angel right there with you.
Time to sleep.
I'll be right here,
Ready to talk to you again tomorrow if you need me.
Sweet dreams.
Good night.
Good night.
Good night.
