Take a moment to settle into a comfortable position and allow your eyes to gently close.

Begin by taking a deep,

Slow breath in and exhale fully.

Feel the weight of your body supported by the surface beneath you and allow yourself to arrive fully in this present moment.

With each breath,

Invite a sense of calm and curiosity to grow within you.

Now,

Imagine a path opening before you.

It could be a garden,

A forest trail,

A quiet street or any place that feels welcoming and safe.

With each step you take along this path,

Notice a sense of anticipation and openness.

Allow yourself to move forward at your own pace,

Trusting in the journey that is unfolding.

Ahead,

You notice a figure approaching.

As they come closer,

Recognise that this is your future self,

Perhaps 5 or 10 years from now.

See them clearly.

Notice their posture,

The expression on their face and the energy they carry.

There is a wisdom and experience in their presence.

Feel the sense of respect and understanding that exists between you.

Take a moment to greet them.

You might ask in your mind a question that is important to you,

Perhaps about your personal growth,

Your career,

Your relationships or your purpose.

And then listen.

Allow the answers to arise naturally,

Without judgement,

Without forcing.

Notice any guidance,

Encouragement or insights that your future self offers.

You may hear words,

Sense feelings or simply feel a quiet knowing.

Spend a few moments in conversation,

Understanding that this exchange is gentle and supportive.

Imagine yourself absorbing their wisdom,

Their encouragement and their reassurance.

Know that the qualities you admire in this future version of yourself already exist within you,

Waiting to be nurtured and expressed.

As this meeting comes to a close,

Thank your future self for their presence and guidance.

Watch as they step back along the path,

Carrying the knowledge and reassurance with you.

Begin to return your awareness to your own body,

Noticing your breath,

The surface beneath you.

And the room around you.

When you feel ready,

Gently open your eyes,

Bringing with you a sense of calm,

Clarity and renewed purpose.
