Begin by finding a comfortable position.

Whether seated or lying down,

Let your body settle and your breath find its natural rhythm.

Gently close your eyes and take a deep inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

Do this three more times,

Allowing each breath to ease into you in this moment of stillness.

As the day begins,

Imagine a soft golden light touching the horizon.

This light represents the promise of a new day,

Full of potential fresh opportunities and new beginnings.

Feel its warmth gently wrap around you,

Awakening your body and your mind.

You are here,

Present,

Alive and ready to embrace all that this day will bring.

Now,

Bring to your mind something you feel grateful for this morning.

It could be the comfort of your bed,

The sound of birds outside,

The love of someone close to you,

Or simply the gift of this breath.

Let that gratitude fill your heart like the morning sun fills the sky.

Take a moment to allow these thoughts to wash over you.

I am grateful for this moment.

I am grateful for this day.

I am grateful for the abundance in my life.

Shift your focus now to the day ahead.

Without rushing or overthinking,

Visualize the flow of your day.

Picture yourself moving through it with ease,

Confidence and purpose.

Ask yourself,

What kind of energy do I want to bring to this day?

Choose one or two words that represent this energy,

Like kindness,

Focus,

Joy or courage.

Let these words settle into your mind and heart.

Now,

Let's affirm the strength and beauty within you.

Repeat these affirmations either silently or aloud.

I welcome this day with an open heart and a clear mind.

I have the power to create joy and meaning in my day.

I trust myself to handle whatever comes my way.

I am worthy of all the good this day can bring.

Let each affirmation anchor you in positivity and self-belief.

Bring your attention back now to your breath.

Notice its steadiness,

Its quiet rhythm.

Feel the weight of your body supported by the earth and the lightness in your heart created by this moment of intention and gratitude.

When you are ready,

Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes gently.

Bring your awareness to the room around you,

And when you feel ready,

Open your eyes.
