Good morning,

Let's begin by sitting comfortably and gently closing our eyes.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.

Let your body relax with each breath,

Feeling present in this moment.

Bring to mind one thing that you are grateful for this morning,

Whether it's the sun rising,

A warm cup of tea or coffee,

Or simply the gift of being alive.

Feel that gratitude fill your heart,

Grounding you in the beauty of now.

Let these words settle within you.

The morning light,

Soft and bright,

Whispers hope with every sight.

Grateful for the day ahead,

With open heart,

My soul is led.

Take a final deep breath in and out,

Slowly open your eyes,

Carrying this sense of peace and gratitude into the rest of the day.
