Welcome to this meditation.

Find a quiet space where you can sit or lie down comfortably.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath,

Allowing yourself to settle into the present moment.

Begin by bringing your awareness to your physical body.

Notice any sensations or tensions present.

Without judgment,

Simply observe how your body feels in this moment.

Now imagine a warm,

Soothing light surrounding you,

Enveloping you in a cocoon of comfort and acceptance.

Feel this light penetrating every cell of your body,

Melting away any discomfort or insecurity.

Next,

Shift your focus to your thoughts and emotions.

Notice any negative self-talk or doubts that arise.

Instead of engaging with these thoughts,

Imagine them as passing clouds in the sky,

Drifting away effortlessly.

Bring to mind a moment when you felt truly confident and at ease in your own skin.

It could be a memory from childhood,

A recent accomplishment,

Or simply a time when you felt deeply connected to yourself.

Allow yourself to fully immerse in this memory.

Reliving the sensations and emotions associated with it.

Now envision yourself standing in front of a mirror,

Gazing at your reflection with love and acceptance.

Affirm to yourself,

I am enough.

I am worthy.

I am comfortable in my own skin.

Feel these words resonating within you,

Filling you with a sense of empowerment and self-love.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Imagine a wave of confidence washing over you,

From the top of your head to the tips of your toes.

Allow yourself to bask in this newfound sense of self-assurance,

Knowing you are perfect and whole just as you are.

Now bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Feel the ground beneath you supporting you,

Anchoring you in this reality.

Take one final deep breath and when you are ready,

Gently open your eyes.

As we conclude this feeling comfortable in your own skin meditation,

Carry this sense of confidence and self-acceptance with you throughout your day.

Remember that you are worthy of love and belonging exactly as you are.
