Kristine Claghorn is a creative producer and 2021 graduate of Stanford University CCARE's Applied Compassion Training program. She's taken courses on compassion, mindfulness, and nonviolent communication and recently completed her capstone project focusing on compassionate activism. She spends much of her time researching how to live more sustainably and enjoys sharing her findings.

I absolutely love this practice, and have been looking for a guided compassionate inquiry practice to use. I would have liked a lot more time at the beginning inquiry portion to consider the questions and feel into my body. Thank you!

A short, simple and effective check in at the end of the day. I find this especially helpful when preparing for sleep. It’s just the reset I need before my sleep meditation 🙏🏻
