Hi and welcome to this meditation calling back your energy.
This meditation is for those times where you feel drained,
Where you feel as if your energy is scattered all over the place and you've given so much to others.
This meditation will bring you back into alignment as you call back your energy.
So if you're ready and comfortable,
Go ahead and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in,
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
Just to center yourself now.
Let's do a few more like that.
Breathing in through the nose,
Exhale through the mouth.
Letting go,
Easing into relaxation.
And then when you're ready,
Allowing the breath to flow in and out of your nose throughout this practice.
Becoming more and more relaxed with every in-breath.
Imagining the in-breath to flow through the body,
Calming and relaxing every muscle in the body.
Let go.
Imagining that you are floating in relaxation.
Then as you breathe in,
I want you to connect to calling back your energy.
I want you to imagine a glass that's shattered into a thousand pieces.
Imagining that image representing your energy.
And I want you to play it in reverse.
Rewind in your mind as you call back,
Breathe in all of those pieces of glass representing your energy that you've given to people,
Situations.
Calling it back now as you breathe in,
Imagining in reverse the pieces of that glass,
The energy returning home to your body.
Keep breathing in.
I'm calling back my energy.
That's mine.
Breathing in.
Let this energy return to the whole,
To me.
I am letting all of my energy return to myself.
I am taking back my energy.
And with each breath you are noticing as you are calling back all of those pieces,
Your energetic field around you becoming whole.
Your energy within returning.
And you become more and more aligned now with every in-breath.
Until you have all of your energy back to a feeling of alignment,
A feeling of being whole again.
Take as long as you need here as you breathe in and recall your energy.
I am recalling my energy.
I am returning to alignment.
For the highest frequency,
For the highest good of me and all.
And you are feeling slowly that where there was tiredness and where you felt drained,
You're starting to feel replenished.
You are starting to feel replenished.
Re-energized.
And you're starting to feel a healing light beaming down through your body,
Re-energizing you,
Replacing a tired feeling for a re-energized feeling.
Sitting here in this light for a few minutes,
Letting you feel re-energized.
As I go quiet,
Bathe in this light.
Noticing now how much lighter you feel,
Having recalled your energy.
Having an intention for yourself from this re-energized place where you are back completely aligned with your energy.
What is your intention now from this realigned place?
How do you want to be mindful in your day to day life of how you spend your energy?
Taking another minute here to be in this realigned place in your full energy,
In your full alignment.
When you're ready,
You can go ahead and take a deep breath in,
Sealing this practice and coming back to the space you're in and opening your eyes.
Knowing that you can come back to this practice at any time when you need to recall your energy.
