The reality is that we are a process; an ever-changing thing that can’t quite be pinned down. Who I am is different depending on the context and the person observing. To my son, I am one person, to a workmate I am someone else. When happy, I act one way, and when anxious, I act another. The truth is that I'm all of these people and much more.

Thank you for putting everything into words. You helped me so much to find all the answer or a wonderful confirmation that I need to know in my journey. I’ve been having spiritual awakening in my life, there are many new things and experiences to me that I still need to figure it out. It feels like I need to get know my new self from the beginning because I know I am different now, I am changing and evolving everyday. Even today when I was struggling to recognize my feeling/emotion, but this time it was different I was aware of it. I managed to do my meditation see myself inside of it.
