I loved this, but it’s called a meditation and did not feel like one. I’m starting to think that Insight Timer needs a new category for journaling exercise exercises.

Lovely gratitude journalling exercise— much better to do in the evening bs the morning— though it does get you thinking and thankful in the morning.

Hi there! I plan to listen to you’re other guides on boundaries. Ty so much for posting them. I think I’m dealing with an in between boundary repeat offender and boundary bully. Over the past few years with help from therapy and insight timer I’ve become better at setting boundaries and attempting to hold them. I still have a lot of work to do when it comes to feeling the need to explain myself and my boundaries, though. Logically I know my boundaries are set for my protection and i don’t need to justify them for them to be real. Yet, I feel criticized for protecting myself when communicating with others. I attempted for my first time to write for help on a Reddit thread but so far no real engagement. I wonder if I could link it here and get help deciding if this is a repeat offender or boundary bully? Link isn’t working. Guess I’ll do more research to determine which they are to help me decide engagement moving forward! Thanks so much for posting on boundary work. It is a hard process personally but when you look at it in relations to others as well it becomes even tougher!
