Welcome to your daily energizing meditation.
I'm your guide,
Terry Cole.
Please find yourself a comfortable spot to sit or lie down.
And once you're settled in,
Begin by gently closing your eyes.
Now I'll ask you to bring your attention to your breath.
We'll start by taking four deep cleansing breaths.
Inhaling deeply through your nose,
Holding your breath for a count of four,
And then gently exhaling out of your mouth with a sigh.
Let's do this three more times.
Inhaling peaceful,
Positive energy,
And then gently exhaling any thoughts or feelings that no longer serve you.
Inhaling expansion and possibility.
Exhaling all limiting beliefs and negativity.
With your eyes gently closed,
Visualize or imagine a bright,
Beautiful,
Amethyst violet light entering through the crown of your head.
This light creates a profound sense of well-being deep within you.
See and feel this beautiful,
Energizing light moving from the top of your head,
Spreading down your face,
Moving to your neck and shoulders,
Slowly moving to your chest,
Illuminating all of your internal organs and pelvis.
This light is connected to the light above and around,
A divine light,
A powerful light,
As it infuses every cell of your body with an energized calm and an amazing feeling of well-being.
Now you can feel the light moving down your arms,
To your hands,
And continuing around the back of your body as well,
Spreading from your upper back to your middle back to your lower back,
Including your buttocks.
And now the light is moving down your thighs,
Slowly moving to your knees and calves,
Illuminating your ankles and heels,
Spreading all the way down to your toes.
Your entire body now is bathed in this beautiful,
Calm,
Energizing light.
You are in a soothing cocoon or halo of this beautiful,
Amethyst violet light completely surrounding the outside of your body as well,
Feeling calm and inspired,
Yet excited about this day.
Now that you are in a complete state of energized calm,
I want you to take the next period of silence to visualize or imagine the events of your day today.
Picture everything falling into place with ease and experience how good this makes you feel.
Check in often with your body today and observe how you feel.
Notice your muscles.
Is there any constriction or tension anywhere?
If so,
Inhale deeply into that spot and visualize the tension leaving your body as you exhale.
Check in often with your emotional state today if you feel the constriction of any negative emotion,
Impatience,
Frustration,
Fear,
Anger,
Or the desire to rush anywhere.
Focus on the feeling and inhale deeply into that spot and visualize the constriction leaving your body as you exhale,
Creating room for a better emotion,
Gratitude,
Joy,
Love,
Or freedom you choose.
Meditating on a daily basis creates a space of stillness and silence inside you.
It is from this space that your abundance flows with ease.
Releasing constriction of any kind,
Physical or mental,
Is you getting out of the way of your flow of abundance.
You deserve to live fearless and free and have the life of your dreams float into your lap like a feather.
Take your time now and slowly start to bring your consciousness back to your body.
I will count back from 10 to one and when I get to one you will feel awake,
Alive,
And amazing.
Ten,
Nine,
Feeling energized and excited.
Eight,
Seven,
Feeling unbelievably grateful.
Six,
Five,
Feeling regrouped and refreshed.
Four,
Three,
Feeling ready for anything.
Two,
One.
Gently stretch your hands and rock your feet.
Slowly open your eyes and give yourself a nice,
Big stretch.
This feeling of energized calm will stay with you all day today.
So go out,
