What you are feeling is clarity.
This is an experience of your mind and body coming together.
When you keep this center in balance and this synchronicity flowing,
You bring reason,
Ease and objectivity into all of your decisions,
Which removes the weight of them,
Marking them as barely a decision because they simply feel right.
