Worry And Overthinking: Practical Tools To Calm Your Mind

With Heleen Ernst

A 7 Day Course on how to go from overthinking to more peace, less worry, and more trust. Seven lessons, each teaching one specific, practical skill for working with an overthinking mind. Not switching it off, but changing your relationship to it. You'll learn to name a thought as a thought instead of a fact, watch it pass instead of following it, tolerate uncertainty one breath at a time, tell planning apart from rehearsing when worries loop, meet health worries without spiraling into research, soften the mind's 3am catastrophizing, and finally, bring all six skills together into one toolkit. Each lesson builds on the last, moving from the most foundational skill to the most specific triggers. Sessions are ten minutes or under: a short teaching segment explaining the skill, a breath practice to settle you, a guided exercise to build the skill directly, and one small practice to carry into your day. By the end, you'll have seven concrete tools you already know how to reach for, and more space between a thought arriving and being pulled under by it.

Meet your Teacher

Heleen is a three-time certified meditation teacher and a certified teacher of Nakshatra mantras through Deeper Still, with a lifelong relationship to meditation that began during her own period of personal crisis. For years she has worked as a meditation teacher, coach, and wisdom teacher, helping people reconnect with their true, authentic self and come back into their bodies. She works from a simple belief: in the world we live in today, an overactive, overthinking mind isn't a personal flaw. It's a common response to too much noise and not enough space. As an overthinker, a high achiever, and a highly sensitive, highly intelligent person herself, Heleen doesn't just study these patterns, she still practices working with them daily. She teaches from lived experience, not just training, meeting people exactly where they are because she knows that place herself.

Using the practices from Lessons 1 and 2 as a base, you'll learn a specific breath-based technique for staying present inside uncertainty rather than escaping into worst-case thinking.

The Worry Loop
