Sitting down or laying down,
Resting on a couch and whatever you were just doing,
This is your pause.
Feel your body soften already and your breath deepen.
Let's breathe in through our nose and there's really nothing you need to do right now,
Nowhere else you need to be.
Just this moment,
Just your breath,
Just your presence.
Let me guide you to the next few moments of rest and clarity.
So as you inhale through your nose and exhale out through your nose,
Gently and softly close your eyes and again,
Let's take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in through our nose.
The slower you go,
The deeper the breath and just let that go easily and without effort.
Let your breath find its own gentle rhythm now.
Let the noise around you begin to fade and the busy edges of your mind soften.
Feel your energy returning,
Your thoughts slowing and your presence anchoring.
You are safe here,
You are held.
Now gently place one hand over your heart and I invite you to feel the warmth,
Maybe the warmth from your hand touching your heart or the clothes you're wearing.
Maybe you can sense the warmth radiating from your heart out into your hand.
Feel the rhythm of the heart beating,
Your beautiful heart beating.
You've been giving,
You've been holding so much right now to return to yourself.
You're not behind,
You're not late either,
You're exactly where you need to be.
Let these following words move through you like breath.
I lead from truth,
I create from alignment,
I trust myself to move when I'm ready and let that trust settle into your body.
Now let's take one final deep breath in through our nose and effortlessly let that go.
Feel your body grounded,
