Hi,

Welcome dear one.

Take a moment to land right here,

In this space you've chosen just for you.

Maybe your day up till now has been noisy,

Maybe your heart feels tender,

But here,

In this stillness,

In the next couple of minutes,

You get to exhale.

You get to return to yourself,

To your own energy,

To love,

To peace and to the heart of you.

Today we'll journey into the heart chakra,

The anahata,

The sacred space of love,

Compassion,

Connection and inner balance.

And not love as an idea,

But love as a feeling,

As a vibration.

Peace not as a concept,

But also as a vibration.

And as a lived experience in your body,

Your energy,

Your breath.

So,

Let's begin.

Make yourself really comfortable.

Close your eyes gently and take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through the nose.

And gently breathing out through the nose.

Let's do that again.

Long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through the nose.

And effortlessly breathing out through the nose.

Let it be natural and easy.

Start noticing how the breath enters and leaves your body.

Like waves on a calm shore.

And with each breath,

Let yourself arrive just a little more.

Dropping into relaxation,

Letting your shoulders drop.

Your jaw unclench.

Your chest soften.

There's really nothing to do here,

Just be and notice.

And now gently bring your attention to the center of your chest,

The heart space.

Or your anahata,

Your heart chakra.

You might even place your hand there if that feels good.

And now breathing into that space.

That beautiful heart of yours.

Inhale,

Expanding.

And exhale,

Softening.

Inhale,

Expanding.

And each exhale,

Softening.

Can you notice the softening,

The letting go?

Maybe the letting go of some tightness here,

Some warmth returning.

Maybe a sense of calm.

You're just witnessing what is alive in your heart today.

You don't have to put words into it,

Just notice.

And now gently ask yourself the following questions.

And let the answers arrive from your body,

Not your mind.

What does love feel like in my body right now?

What does love feel like in my body right now?

Where in me is peace already present,

Even if small?

Where in me is peace already present?

Even if small.

What does my heart want me to hear today?

What does my heart want me to hear today?

Don't rush the answers,

Let them arise from within.

And let your breath be the bridge between your awareness and your heart.

And let's stay with these questions just for a little bit.

Just you,

Your breath,

And your heart.

Breathing gently into your chest,

And let love rise,

And let peace unfold.

Feel what it's like to be in your heart presence.

And if your mind wanders,

Don't worry,

That's normal.

As soon as you notice,

Just gently guide yourself back to your breath,

To your heart.

I'll watch the time.

And now imagine a soft,

Warm light in your heart.

In the center of your heart chakra,

Your anahata.

Whatever color arises in your heart chooses is perfect.

And even when it's only sensing anahata color,

It's perfect too.

Just imagine,

And stay with your attention with your heart.

And with each breath,

Let that light expand.

With each breath in,

Keep on breathing in love and peace.

And with each breath out,

Let the light expand.

First filling your chest,

And expanding through the whole of your body.

When your whole body is filled up with that light,

Breathe it out and beyond your body.

And with each exhale,

Let that light expand.

Filling up your whole town.

And now silently repeat the following with me.

May I be a presence of peace.

May I be a presence of peace.

Once more,

May I live from love.

May I be a presence of peace.

And before we close,

Take one more moment with your breath.

And gently ask yourself the following questions you can take into the rest of your day.

What would it look like to live from this heart space today?

Before I act or speak,

Can I pause and ask,

Is this love?

Is this peace?

What does my heart want to share with the world today,

Even in a small way?

Let these questions walk with you today.

You don't have to change the world,

But you can return to love in small,

Everyday ways.

One breath at a time.

One word at a time.

One soft choice at a time.

May your heart be light and may you always remember that you are love,

You are peace and you are already enough.

Have a beautiful rest of your day and with love from me and my dog Fudge,

Namaste.
