Heleen is a meditation teacher and somatic guide whose work centers on returning people to the deep intelligence of the body. After years guiding organizations through complex change, she chose to follow the calling of her own heart toward a life lived with presence, authenticity, and gentle courage. Her approach is grounded, embodied, and shaped by lived experience. She teaches not from theory, but from the practice of meeting life through the body: learning to soften pressure, regulate the nervous system, and listen to the quiet inner response that so many of us have forgotten how to hear. Heleen is triple-certified as a Master of Wisdom & Meditation Teacher with davidji and continues to study his teachings. She is also trained in Aliveness work with David Breitbach, exploring the emotional and energetic body and the profound healing that becomes possible when we create true inner safety. Her companion Fudge remains her small but wise Zen master a daily reminder that connection, kindness, and presence are often the most transformative teachings of all. Heleen believes meditation is not something we do, but how we live. A softening. A returning. A remembering of who we already are. Her sessions offer a grounded, gentle space for anyone seeking ease, regulation, and a deeper sense of coming home to themselves.
