Lição 1
Build Your Creative Routine
On day 1, we will kick off our transformation together by going over the structure. Along with the audio lessons, students will create a daily goal for themselves — the first step to building new neural pathways and accessing that creative flow. Then, we will learn about the sacral chakra, and practice a few simple yoga postures that help unblock the sacral chakra, our center of creativity.
Lição 2
Know Your Why
On day 2, we will explore how self-sabotage can prevent us from moving forward on creative work. We'll learn about a mindfulness method called Parts Work, or Inner Council, that helps to harmonize any inner resistance. Through a visualization meditation, we will speak to different parts of ourselves, and discover the underlying "why" that is driving us to be creative.
Lição 3
Maintain Momentum
On day 3, we will explore how the inner critic can cause us to question the quality of our work, right when we're hitting some momentum. We’ll learn a simple practice, using the chakra system and a Bija mantra, that can be done in five minutes or less to re-center the nervous system.
Lição 4
Survive Disillusionment
On day 4, we will fast-forward to what happens when a creative work is completed, and it doesn't turn out the way you had imagined. We'll explore how failure can actually be a stepping stone, and learn a practice called channel writing, that uses intuition to find the way through a road block.
Lição 5
The Creativity Is the Cure
On day 5, we'll learn one final meditation technique: mindfulness of breath. This practice helps us to find a balance between persistence and patience so we can see our work through to the finish line. We'll also explore how creativity is itself a spiritual practice, and practicing can help us to both know and love ourselves.
