Welcome to your VibeShift meditation.
You can be seated or lying down.
This meditation will help you release stale energy and regulate your emotions.
We'll use a blend of visualization,
Breath,
And vocal tuning.
Spiritual teachings tell us that pain comes from a resistance to the flow of life.
Let's start by inviting in a higher power of any name you choose to bring you back into the flow.
Now we'll get rid of any stale energy.
We're going to take a deep breath in,
And then as you exhale,
Imagine black smoke coming out of your feet.
Inhale,
Fill up your lungs.
Pause and hold at the top.
And then exhale,
Imagining that black smoke coming out.
Let's do it twice more.
Inhale,
Really mean it.
And as you exhale,
Imagine your troubles,
Your burdens,
Releasing out through the smoke out your feet.
One more time,
Inhale.
Really fill up,
Expand your chest.
And push it all out,
Exhale.
Now that we've cleared out the system,
Imagine yourself rising up out of your body and floating up onto a cloud,
Resting back,
Letting go of any tension,
Feeling fully supported.
Now we'll tune our instrument.
I like to imagine a guitar with six strings,
Each string representing an emotion.
Some of them are too high,
Some of them are too low,
And we just need to play the strings,
Sense which direction they need to go,
And bring them back into balance.
So you can come to the first string.
You might name it as an emotion,
Anger,
Sadness,
Joy,
Gratitude,
Comfort,
Or love.
Go ahead and pluck that string,
Either visualizing or sensing into the sound,
Feeling the vibration.
And knowing internally,
Does it need to go up,
Does it need to go down?
And turn the knob until it's just right.
And then we move on to the next string.
Again,
You can name an emotion if it comes to you,
Otherwise just know that your higher self internally knows what this is,
And all you need to do is turn it up or turn it down until it sounds just right.
Nice.
So keep going with this work on your own,
Doing a few more strings,
Bringing each of them to the right pitch,
One by one,
Bringing all of the strings into harmony.
And now that we've tuned our instrument,
We'll play it to demonstrate that it's come into perfect harmony,
Using the Bija mantra for the throat chakra,
Ham,
And by chanting it,
We bring our expression of truth into balance.
So either just listen and feel the vibrations or chant along with me.
Let's inhale,
Ham.
You can continue this vocal toning on your own for up to 10 minutes until you feel aligned.
If you're ready,
Come back down into your body,
Moving your fingers and toes,
And placing your hands in your heart to seal in the practice.
Express gratitude to the higher power in our universe for surrounding you with love.
Come back to this practice anytime you need a vibe shift,
And know this peace is always inside of you.
