Hello and welcome to this Reiki energy clearing.
I'm Dani Finkhauser and I'll be your guide.
Reiki is an energetic clearing that supports the nervous system,
Bringing benefits in clarity,
Creativity,
Emotional release,
And confidence.
You might even find an intuitive idea pops in as we practice or later in your day.
For this practice,
I recommend lying down or sitting with your hands resting in your lap.
Maybe drape a blanket over yourself.
Feel completely at ease.
And when you're ready,
You can close your eyes.
Now set an intention for your practice.
How do you want to feel?
You may use the suggestion,
I know who I am and I know why I'm here.
So let's start with our breath.
We'll inhale to a count of four,
Hold for a count of four,
And then exhale for a count of four.
So let all of the air out,
And together let's inhale.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Hold.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Exhale.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Again,
Inhale.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Hold.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Exhale.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Inhale.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Hold.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Exhale.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
And continue on,
Counting a few more breaths just like that on your own.
And now imagine that you're laying on a soft cloud,
And a warm light shines into your body from the crown of the head.
And imagine a funnel-like opening at the top of your head that's opening up,
And it allows you to receive this warmth.
And this glowing light comes into your body,
Shining out of your skin,
Filling up every cell in your body,
And melting away any tension.
And you're able to let go of your worries and fears,
Releasing anything,
Any thoughts on each out-breath.
So imagine this light shining through the crown of your head,
Filling up the rest of your head through your neck,
And continuing down your body,
Melting away any tension,
Releasing your muscles,
Allowing you to fully relax.
The light coming down your torso,
Through your arms,
All the way down your legs,
And out your feet.
And now as you feel lighter,
Also notice the touch of the surface below you,
Feeling completely supported by the ground.
And imagine roots growing out of your body,
Maybe out of your tailbone,
Down to the center of the earth.
Roots growing down the surface beneath you,
Down the foundation of the building,
All the way through the earth,
All of the earth's layers,
All the way down to the center.
And these long roots extend outwards,
Helping you to feel secure,
Helping you to feel grounded,
And know that you belong to the earth,
Just the same way as a thousand-year-old sequoia tree.
And now if you would like to invite in any guides,
Any angels,
Or any deities in your practice,
You can now welcome them in to support you.
And now imagine that we're lifting out of our bodies,
Our energetic bodies are rising just a few inches up,
And then rising up to the ceiling,
Up to the atmosphere,
And drifting out into space.
And out in space,
From this vantage point,
We can see that past and present and future are all the same.
And from here,
We can allow the healing to go to the most potent time.
And you can observe from here as we move through the chakras,
Clearing them one at a time,
And starting at the top,
At the crown of your head.
So you bring your attention to the crown of your head,
And imagine a white sphere.
Notice if the light is dim,
If it's wobbly or spinning slowly,
And just place your focus on this area of your body,
Or hold in your imagination that white sphere.
And as you bring your focus to it,
Imagine that it spins faster and faster,
Stronger and stronger.
And now come down to your third eye,
To the area between your eyebrows,
Also to the very center of your head.
And with your awareness here,
You can imagine a purple sphere.
And again,
Notice how this purple sphere is spinning,
If there's any dust,
Any disruption.
And through sustaining your focus on it,
Notice that it starts to clear out,
And it starts to spin faster and faster,
More and more easily.
And continue down to your throat,
Checking in with the front of the throat,
And coming back to the back of the throat against the spine.
And rest your attention here.
And notice the light blue sphere.
Notice how this light blue sphere is spinning.
And as it's spinning,
It's melting away any tension that you may feel in your throat area.
So you can either hold your focus on your throat area,
Or on the visual of a light blue sphere spinning,
Or you can do both at the same time.
And from your throat,
Continue down,
Following your spine down,
To the area just behind your heart.
And once you've found this area of your body,
Resting your awareness there,
Just behind your heart against the spine,
Imagine a green sphere,
And take a moment to observe it.
Notice what shade of green,
Notice how it's spinning.
And as you notice this green sphere,
Notice if any emotions come up,
If any feelings or memories are associated with it.
And then simply rest your awareness and your focus on this green sphere,
Watching it spin more and more steadily.
And now we'll continue down to the solar plexus.
So follow your spine down to the area just behind your upper belly,
And feel into that space in your upper belly,
Under your ribs,
All the way back against your spine.
And resting your attention here at the solar plexus,
Imagine also a yellow sphere.
Imagine as this yellow sphere is spinning,
That it's releasing that it's melting,
That as it's spinning,
It's becoming stronger and stronger with each rotation.
And we'll move down again now to the sacral chakra,
Coming down to your low back,
The area behind your low belly,
In between your hips,
And center your attention on that area,
And imagine and imagine an orange sphere.
And first checking in and noticing this orange sphere,
Notice if it's carrying any weight,
Any dust,
And notice that as it spins,
As you place your attention on it,
That it begins to release,
That its true orange color shines more clearly.
And so hold your attention here on this area in between your hips,
And hold your attention on this orange sphere.
And now we'll move down to the final chakra,
The root chakra.
Come down to your tailbone,
And then move down just a little bit lower,
And feel into that space,
And notice a red sphere.
Imagine this red sphere spinning,
Spinning in a circle,
And notice the more that you hold your focus on the red sphere,
The stronger it becomes.
So hold your attention there,
And placing your attention on the root of the body.
And now as we come to a close,
Imagine a cool stream of water,
Maybe from a waterfall,
Or a large pitcher,
And imagine this water pours over you,
Starting at your head,
Starting at your head,
And coming down your body.
And this cool water washes away anything heavy,
Any old dust that was kicked up,
And it's soothing your skin,
Rinsing your eyes,
And rinsing everything away.
And once you're satisfied with how the water has washed you clean,
Notice the warm sun in the middle of the sky.
The sun shines down,
Evaporating the water,
Warming you and drying you,
And filling you up with fresh new energy.
And through this sun energy,
You feel your energy field start to charge up,
This area around you extending out a couple feet on each side.
And imagine that energy field having a golden shell,
And this golden shell keeps your energy secure and protected.
Now place a hand on your heart to seal in your practice.
If you would like,
You can send this piece you've created to someone you love,
Or to someone who needs it.
And now take a deeper breath in,
Filling up your belly,
Filling up your chest,
And holding for a moment at the top,
Sucking in just a little more breath,
And sigh it out.
And now start to find some intuitive movements,
Some intuitive movements,
Wiggling your fingers,
Your toes,
Moving your wrists,
And taking your time.
Whenever you're ready,
You can open your eyes,
Coming back into the space that you're in,
And taking a moment to notice how your body feels,
How your mind feels,
And carry this piece with you wherever you go.
