The Masters Of The Ocean

This course aims to share the lessons that five magnificent marine creatures can offer to our lives. For the past three years, I have traveled the world freediving, which has allowed me to come into contact with these creatures. Based on concrete situations and my experience with them, I try to extract valuable lessons and conduct practical exercises to help transmit these teachings. The Whale, the Shark, the Triggerfish, the Turtle, and the Dolphin are the five masters I will introduce to you; dive into this experience with me.
