Mentors, Authors, Coaches, Family/Friends, Children, Leaders, and any other people who have played a role in your life. Creating yet another list, an extensive one - with all the Teachers and even the lessons they may have taught you. A bonus challenge to wrap up this lesson - hang on until the end to find out what it is!

Awareness/Personal Growth Journey
This one might be challenging to accept.....Gratitude for SELF! Let's take some time to celebrate the growth journey and the power of introspection. Recognizing the ways in which you pause to reflect, perhaps providing some ideas to do this moving forward. Another fun writing exercise: listing any growth experiences that you have actively pursued!

Helping Others/Giving Back
Taking a different view of Gratitude and giving back - how they work together, magically. There are many ways to participate in charitable work - your time, energy, expertise, financial contribution, creating inspirational content, or one of many other ways. Let's take a moment to reflect on all of the ways, or to discover a new way to start giving back! Feeling Gratitude for the ability to give back.

Lesson 6
Wrap It Up & Call To Action
Gather your lists from all of the modules and take a moment to review your findings. Pondering how you feel about it all, ups and downs. Answer some questions to dig a little deeper into your life and experience with Gratitude overall. One last interactive exercise!
Challenge #1 - Incorporate a daily Gratitude challenge into your life.
Challenge #2 - Pick one thing from your findings that you are going to do on a regular basis that brings joy to you and/or others.
