Welcome to your safe zone.

This is where you can be at peace and feel only love and acceptance.

Take a deep breath in.

Two,

Three,

Four.

And exhale.

Two,

Three,

Four.

Another deep breath in.

Two,

Three,

Four.

And out.

Two,

Three,

Four.

Settle in with your eyes closed.

Body relaxed.

This is your time to just be.

I want you to do a quick check with your soul.

How are you?

Are you feeling satisfied?

Fulfilled?

Or maybe a bit tired or confused?

Pay attention to what comes up when you take a moment to really wait for the answer to this question.

O-R-U.

I want you to really feel comfortable and open to what you may discover in these next few moments.

Surrender and release the need,

The need to control the outcome.

Just let it be.

I want you to picture yourself snuggled up in bed.

It could be your current bed or a bed from the past.

Or it could be the bed of your dreams.

Whatever is the most comforting to you.

I want you to see what color the sheets and blankets are.

How many pillows are there?

Are you surrounded in complete comfort and warmth?

Snuggle in and embrace the feeling.

Secure,

Safe,

Warm,

Loved,

Ready to enjoy your time here.

Take a few deep breaths while you absorb your new surroundings.

Feel the material on your skin.

Smell the fresh scents.

Breathe.

We are going to take a sweet journey into our souls for a few moments of time.

We are going to ask ourselves some questions and wait patiently for the response.

Don't try to answer.

Just listen and wait.

Your spirit guides may provide guidance or answers.

Your higher self may come through with the words.

Or you may just have a scattered mind.

It is all okay.

Some days we are focused and clear.

Others we are chaotic with less focus.

Just be who you are and release any expectations.

The first question I want to ask is how you feel when you are laying in this comfortable bed of snuggles.

Let go and wait for the truest answer possible over the next few moments.

Maybe the answer you received surprised you.

Perhaps your initial response was not the same.

It is exactly as it is meant to be.

Just receive it.

Now I want you to think about something that you can say to yourself when you are feeling stressed out or overwhelmed.

It may be simple.

Like,

Everything is going to be alright.

Or it always works out.

Or it may be something more specific to you.

Take a moment to really absorb which words truly soothe you and provide comfort when you are feeling threatened.

Maybe it is something that someone said to you when you were a child.

Something that made you feel safe.

I will give you a few moments to settle in to the perfect phrase.

Something again that you can say to yourself when you are feeling stressed or overwhelmed that gives you comfort.

Excellent.

How does it feel?

I want you to repeat the phrase that you came up with in your head once more right now.

And I want you to remember it.

You can use this in your conscious life as needed.

Let it remind you of your connection to yourself.

Next,

I want you to ask your soul what you need to know right now that will serve your greatest and highest good.

Remember that you don't ever have to qualify or judge what is coming through.

Often we second guess the messages and think that we are just making things up.

However,

There is nothing in this universe that is meant to be hidden.

Have faith in yourself and your guides.

You are a truly remarkable being who is more than capable of tuning into your soul and receiving the messages that you desire.

The messages that are meant for you to hear.

More messages that are meant for you right now for your highest and greatest good.

Now.

I want you to simply enjoy this time that you have gifted yourself and trust that what you heard today or that the silence you witnessed was exactly what you needed.

Keep going on your soul journey and remember to trust that every single thing happening in your life is exactly what is meant to be happening right now.
