Let's get comfy and ready to unwind.
Completely relax and totally surrender to the next few moments together in union.
Beginning with a long,
Slow inhale and exhale.
Feeling your body settling in.
Another inhale.
Notice how your body reacts to your breath.
Can you feel your chest and shoulders spreading as you inhale?
Collapsing as you exhale.
Bringing in fresh,
Clean air and exhaling once again.
Slowly noticing every nuance to your breath.
Can you feel little twinges in your neck or back when you breathe deeply?
Maybe there are other parts of your body that you can feel with each breath.
Simply breathing and observing for a few moments.
Now that we have landed and are ready,
Let's begin with an interesting exercise.
We tend to think of anger and negative emotions as something that we need to repel.
Maybe you have used the visualization of bringing in the good and sending out the bad.
I have also done this in the past.
There is no shame,
No blame,
No thing that you need to worry about.
This idea is simple and offers an alternative to that exercise.
The idea is called transmutation.
Instead of sending anger,
For example,
Out to the world and in essence to others,
We simply take it in.
Yes,
You heard that right.
The concept is that we are powerful enough and full of enough love that we can simply feel any anger that we have inside and with the intention and power of thought,
Transmute it to love.
Take a moment to let that idea settle in.
Think about this.
Emotions only have power over us if we let them.
This is a new and interesting concept that may be a little hard to comprehend at first.
We are beings of love and yes,
Love does conquer all.
Let's think about this concept in an external way now.
Picture yourself out and about in the world.
Maybe you are at the grocery store or out for a walk.
You have an interaction with someone who is emanating negativity.
You know the type,
Always complaining about something.
Maybe you live with someone like this.
Either way,
I want you to think about a scene just like this.
Now I ask you to take in that energy.
Yes,
You can.
Bring that energy into your heart and soul.
Now here's the powerful part.
I want you to envelop that negativity with your heart,
Your soul,
Your love,
Your capacity to transmute this energy into something beautiful.
That's it.
Just keep loving it,
Hugging it,
Sending it white light.
Whatever way you would like to picture your love.
Maybe it's a bunch of golden sparkles that surround it.
Now here is the power move.
Now that you have surrounded this energy with your powerful energy of love,
I want you to send it back to the person who is sending the negative energy out.
That's right.
You are like a human recycling facility.
Send them love.
Send that love to the space around the person,
The entire town or city around that person.
Just keep beaming all of that love back out to the world.
You did it and you can do it again and again.
This is the beauty of being a loving being.
We can transform negative energy simply with a thought.
Take a deep breath in and out.
I want you to also be mindful of your state of mind.
If you are feeling exceptionally low or lacking energy,
Then there are definitely times that you can and will just simply move on from certain situations.
However,
As you practice this more and more,
You will find that your overall being becomes more and more powerful in a positive and energizing way.
The world and all of its beings are here to love.
Let's take some gentle breaths for the next few moments while you process this new concept.
Coming back into your physical body,
Feeling your conscious thoughts,
Feeling gratitude for the information received,
Wiggling your fingers and toes,
Stretching your arms above your head,
Maybe moving your head back and forth and opening your eyes when you're ready.
