This lesson is the heart of this course. If you would learn to tap into the stillness at any moment, you would learn the art of transforming your life. You will be presented with a few tips followed by a meditation that would enhance the quality of your practice.

Scuba Dive For Your Life
After the understanding of stillness, you will learn to flow with life. This topic can be fun for some and challenging for others but in the end, it will help you get the answers that you are looking for. This is my personal favorite practice that helped me transform my life.

Practice That Heals
In this lesson, I would introduce you to a few of the healing practices monks and nuns do that will make you heal and evolve 10x faster as a human being. This is a part of my daily practice that I highly recommend to everyone.

This practice can take you on an emotional roller coaster. You will learn how recognizing the good in other people and accepting help from others can change your perspective on life. By this point, you would have a good base and you are ready for the upcoming lessons.

Let’s talk about the most controversial statement of Buddha. In this lesson, you will learn about suffering and how we can have a better relationship with it. In the end, we will do an extremely powerful and healing Tibetan practice on suffering.

In Lesson 8, I will combine philosophy and psychology to introduce you to a lesser talked about topic that is the root of most of the problems. This lesson might require you to be more open and accepting of your own habits and patterns.

The intention behind this lesson is to have a better understanding of one of the biggest truths of life. You will have a chance to meditate and gain clarity that will increase your happiness, peace, and purpose in your life.

Highest Form of Living
In this lesson, you are going to learn how to live a lifestyle that helps heal the world including you. In my experience, this is the highest form of living. You will raise the curtains of ignorance and witness love at its finest.

Talking the Talk VS Walking the Walk
In the last lesson, you will set the tone for your everyday practice and of course, your life. The intention behind this lesson is to use all the knowledge from this course through your daily practice. This is the last lesson of this course but a fresh beginning of a new lifestyle.
