Create Clarity Around Your Desires
Clarity is the foundation of manifestation. When you clearly define your desires, you send a focused signal to the Universe, making it easier for those desires to flow into your reality. Without clarity, your energy can become scattered. When you know what you want and why you want it, it becomes a lot easier to step into alignment with your desires, inviting them into your reality.

Your Brain On Manifestation
The brain has many functions that help with manifestation. Filtration via The Reticular Activating System (RAS) is one of them. The RAS serves as a powerful filter that helps you focus on whatever is in alignment with what you are calling in. Getting clear on what you want helps to train the RAS to recognize anything connected to your manifestations. We can use this to attract opportunities and better understand why things start showing up in our realities.

Step Into Alignment
A key step in this process, is aligning your energy with your desires - specifically your subconscious. Alignment means EMBODYING the thoughts, feelings, and actions of someone who already has what they want. When you do this, you raise your vibration to match the vibration of your desires.
Today we will flow through embodying our desires.
Journal Prompt:
What action can I take today that aligns with my desires?
**I created a morning visualization to help you embody your desires. You can find it under the Premium Tracks: "Morning Manifestation Visualization" - I recommend doing this 5 minute meditation every morning until you feel you don't need it anymore to embody your desires **
Lição 4
Release Blocks & Detach
Release your limiting beliefs & surrender to this process. Remember that you are good enough with or without this manifestation.
Journal Prompts:
1. What fears do I have around my desires? (List every fear that comes up)
2. What is the worst case scenario my mind keeps jumping to?
3. What limiting beliefs do I hold that might be blocking me from my manifestation?
Now Reframe:
For each limiting belief and fear that you wrote down, ask yourself:
1. Is this belief really true? Where did it come from?
2. What would me life look like if I didn't believe this?
3. Now...write a new belief to replace the old, limiting one (do this for each belief)

Regularly journal what you are grateful for in present tense, including your manifestations - writing them as if you already have them, and really FEEL the gratitude as you write it

Final Thoughts
Manifestation is so much more than just having a goal. It is a full embodiment of the version of you that is living in your highest timeline. It is consciously becoming a co-creator of your reality - turning your internal desires into your external reality by aligning your thoughts, beliefs, and actions. Today I share my final thoughts and tips when calling in your manifestations.
