Make yourself comfortable.
Settling into your relaxed position.
Start to fall into a deep relaxation.
Paying attention to your breathing.
Slowing it down.
In this meditation,
We're going to feel worthy of everything that we want.
Starting with your legs.
Bring your attention to the bottoms of your feet.
Feeling them relax.
And feeling all of the tension leaving.
Moving upwards.
Feeling any tension,
Any stagnant energy leaving your body.
Completely relaxing your legs as you bring your awareness to them.
Moving upwards.
Pay attention to how the middle of your body is feeling.
If you're feeling any tension here,
Know that it's safe to let it go.
Feel it floating away from your body and mind.
Bringing your awareness now to your arms,
Your neck,
Shoulders.
Feeling them completely relax as your attention sweeps over them.
And finally bringing your attention to your head.
Feeling this whole area fall into a deep relaxation,
Releasing all of your wandering thoughts.
Feeling your whole body fall into a deep,
Relaxed state.
Feeling deep peace.
And letting any remaining tension float away and transmute into a new energy.
Pay attention to your heart beating,
Observing the space around you.
Feeling the space surrounding you.
And bringing your awareness back to your breath,
Slowing it down.
Breathing in for six counts.
And breathing out for six counts.
And again in for six counts.
Breathing out for six counts.
And try to extend your breath longer each time that you inhale and exhale.
Now that your body is relaxed,
I want you to bring yourself to your favorite spot at night,
Surrounded by nature.
Love the space and what it feels like to be here,
To feel safe and warm.
And imagine you're sitting in this spot.
Now bring your awareness to your heart space.
Wherever you're sitting,
There is a door.
And walk over to the door and slowly open it.
This is the door to your heart.
What does your heart feel like right now?
And what do you see when you walk through this door?
What does it feel like,
Look like?
Pay attention to every detail here.
And just wander around here for a bit,
Paying attention and feeling into what your heart feels like,
What it feels like to be inside of your heart space.
Notice if there's any walls that you put up around your heart.
Sometimes we go through life and we get hurt and we put up walls subconsciously,
Which actually blocks anything from coming into your heart space.
So it blocks out the bad,
But it also blocks out the good.
So it's important to every once in a while,
Bring these walls back down and to open your heart.
So we're going to do that by imagining a green,
Bright light emanating from your heart space,
Expanding past your body,
Getting bigger and bigger.
This light is opening your heart up,
Breaking down the walls that you've subconsciously put up.
When we open our hearts,
We allow abundance to flow in.
We allow love to free flow in and out.
And if you do this often enough,
It'll become automatic and it'll allow you to fall into a state of peace a lot easier and to flow through life with compassion for not only others,
But for yourself too.
Now imagine this green light glowing from your heart space,
Filling up the whole room and then expanding past the room,
Filling the city,
The country,
The whole earth,
Expanding out into space.
Then everything fills with this green,
Bright,
Warm,
Loving light and just fall into what this feels like for a second.
To feel unconditional love for yourself,
For all parts of you,
And for everyone else.
Now bring to mind something you're calling in,
Something you want,
A new job,
Partner,
Feeling,
Anything you want.
Bring it to your mind right now and send so much love to it.
And just feel what it would feel like to have this.
Really feel what this thing,
Whatever you're calling in,
Would feel like.
Maybe go through a day having this.
Whatever it is,
Just really feel what you would feel if you had this.
Know that you are so worthy of having this and if you can imagine it,
That means it exists.
Because we can't imagine something that doesn't exist.
So just connect to whatever it is that you're calling in.
And feel that you are connecting to a powerful source of energy.
Just clearing any lack energy out of your body,
Out of your over-analytical mind.
And you are energetically connecting to people and places that will pour opportunities and advancements into your life.
Take these opportunities,
Act on them,
Take strong aligned action and know that the only way to get what you want is by trying.
And trying means taking aligned action.
Trying means doing something.
Feel the strong vibrations in your body right now as you do this.
Feel your energy shifting into alignment with your desired outcomes.
Feel so worthy of everything that you want.
You are whole as you are.
And everything else outside of you is just extra.
