Make yourself comfortable wherever you are,
Beginning to relax your whole body.
Bringing awareness to how you feel right now.
We're gonna begin with some deep breaths to just get you into the state of relaxation.
So closing your eyes if it feels good,
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Hold it at the top,
And exhaling through your mouth.
Repeating this again,
Taking a big breath in through your nose,
The biggest breath of your day,
Holding it at the top,
And exhaling through your mouth,
Letting it all out,
Letting all the tension out.
We're gonna do this one more time,
Inhaling through your nose,
Inhale a little bit more,
Holding it at the top,
And hold it for just a little bit longer than you did the other times,
And then exhaling it all out,
Releasing all the tension in your body,
Seeing it leave,
Feeling it leave,
Melting into the surface underneath you.
Now just bring your breathing back to normal,
And notice if you have any tension left in your body.
If you do,
Pay attention to where that tension is coming from,
And start to gather it into a ball in your heart space.
So all the tension in your body,
Just gather it into a ball in your heart space until it's all there.
And imagine a vacuum at the bottom of your feet,
Sucking out all of that tension,
Feeling the tension being taken out of your body,
Disappearing,
Until it's nowhere near your frequency,
Nowhere near you,
Disappearing into the earth,
Transmuting into energy.
Now we're going to focus on our breath again.
When you're ready,
Inhaling through your nose,
Holding it at the top,
And exhaling through your mouth,
And holding it at the bottom this time.
And then inhaling again through your nose,
Feel your whole chest expand,
Feel your lungs expand until you can't take any more breath in,
Holding it again at the top,
And exhaling it through your mouth,
Again holding it at the bottom.
We're going to do this one more time,
Inhaling through your nose all the way,
So you can't fit any more air into your lungs,
And even when you think you can't fit any more air,
Try to fit a little more air,
Holding it at the top,
And exhaling through your mouth,
Returning your breath back to normal once again.
And just notice how you feel right now.
Take a few moments here.
Become aware of what your body feels like,
And not only that,
But also what your aura feels like.
Your aura is basically your energetic field,
So the energy that surrounds you,
That follows you,
That comes with you everywhere because it's part of you,
And it can change all the time.
It can change every day.
It can even change throughout the day,
If you bring your awareness to it.
But just notice what it feels like right now,
The energy around you,
If it's any particular color,
Or how far away it is from your body.
Now as you inhale,
Imagine a bright white light entering your body through the crown of your head.
Filling up your head,
Your arms,
Your chest,
Your heart,
Your legs,
Your whole body.
Just picture the purest form of energy filling your whole body expanding out through the whole room,
Through your aura.
Clearing out anything that might be left that maybe is stagnant energy or that you don't want to hold on to.
Now expand your energy outwards,
Making it strong.
And just know that as you go about your day,
Your aura goes with you and you feel the effects of this meditation,
Because you just changed your electromagnetic field.
Anytime that you do this,
It changes your frequency,
Your aura,
The way that you feel about yourself and about the world.
And other people can feel it too,
Even if they're not consciously aware of it.
So not only you will feel this,
But anyone you come across today will feel this.
And if you feel you need to do it every day to refresh,
Then do it every day.
You can do this at any time,
You don't even need this meditation as long as you set that intention and you visualize and you feel it.
Bring your awareness back to your body now.
Waking up the fingers,
Maybe batting the eyelids open.
Feeling ready for the rest of your day.
