Lie down and make yourself comfortable.

Getting ready for a deep rejuvenating sleep.

Relaxing your whole body.

Hopefully tuning in and letting go.

Slow down your breathing.

Slow down your heart rate.

And feel grateful for everything that you have right now.

And feel grateful for getting through the day.

Bring to mind everything that you're grateful for.

Coming back to your breath.

Breathe in for four counts.

Hold it at the top.

And breathe out for six counts.

Hold it at the bottom.

Breathe in for four counts.

Hold it at the top.

Breathe out for six.

Holding it at the bottom.

Doing this one more time.

In for four.

Hold it at the top.

And out for six.

Now just breathe normally trying to slow down your breath.

And starting at the bottoms of your feet,

Start to relax your body here.

Relaxing this area.

Moving up your legs.

Relaxing your hip area.

Letting go of any tension here.

Moving up,

Relaxing your arms,

Your fingertips.

Relaxing your heart space,

Your chest.

Letting go of any tension here,

Anything we're holding on to,

Let it all go.

Relaxing up into your shoulders,

Your neck.

Feel that relaxation spread into your head.

Hearing out any thoughts in your mind,

Letting go of anything that comes up right now.

And just be here,

Just lay here.

Body is fully relaxed.

Ready for a peaceful,

Deep,

Rejuvenating sleep.

Opening up to receiving abundance.

To calling in your ideal life and everything that you want.

It's possible to manifest while you're sleeping.

It's possible to live your ideal dream life.

It's possible to feel good and to wake up excited for the day.

Feeling weightless.

Feeling relaxed.

Throughout this meditation,

You'll hear various different affirmations.

So just be open to receiving them as if they were your own,

As if it was you saying them.

And really feel them.

And yes,

It's possible to do this while you're sleeping because your subconscious is picking up on everything you hear.

It's possible to do this while you're sleeping.

I am open and receptive.

To all the opportunities flowing my way for my greatest good.

There is an abundance of opportunity flowing to me.

I can feel my body rejuvenating.

I am allowed to take up so much space.

I need you.

I slept I woke with a list of gratitude reel in my head and joy in my heart This is good good medicine Namaste I listened a second time and recorded my gratitude reel this morning.. Here is what I caught after trying to recreate the initial effervescent list: Skin and bones, stars, and moon and sun on this plentiful earth. Yin and yang, teachers. Scars. songs That bubble up in Times of joy and Times of sorrow. Words that express how you feel and people that hear those words and understand you. People that see you and get you. rivers and mountains and crystal clear streams, sound baths and rocks an imagination and food… Thank you 🙏😊
