This 5-day journey uses five deep, somatic yoga poses to help you release stored stress, regulate your nervous system, and be present with your body. Designed for beginners and anyone navigating burnout or emotional overwhelm, no flexibility required, just be willing to release tension. This course was born from a personal wake-up call. After years of pouring into others, my own body gave me a signal I couldn't ignore, a prediabetes diagnosis that reminded me that chronic stress doesn't just live in the mind. It lives in our blood sugar, our cortisol levels, our hips, our spine. These five poses are the poses I turned to as a daily practice, and the science shows exactly why they work. Chronic stress elevates cortisol, a hormone that directly raises blood sugar and keeps the nervous system locked in survival mode. Somatic yoga works differently than most movement, it targets the body's stress response at the root, helping to restore autonomic balance, regulate the vagus nerve, and bring the whole system back to safety. By Day 5, you will feel what a full body reset actually means — not just physically looser, but emotionally lighter and genuinely grounded. You deserve that.

We begin our 5-day somatic journey with seated cat-cow — a gentle, rhythmic spine awakening that gets energy flowing, opens the heart, and sends your nervous system its first signal of safety. Open Your Heart — Thread The Needle For Shoulder & Hip Release
We carry so much on our shoulders. In Day 2, we move to all-fours and thread the needle — opening the upper back, chest, and hips while deepening the breath-body connection. This pose shows up in my daily routine because it works wonders. Prepare to feel things release. "Thread the needle helps that mind-body connection and helps you be more at ease." -Radiance

It's Time To Let Go — Supine Twist To Help You Flush, Release & Exhale
Think of this like wringing out a wet cloth. Everything that's been soaking in stress, we release today. On Day 3, we move to the floor for the supine twist, flushing the intestines, releasing the hip flexors, and activating the parasympathetic nervous system. This is your midpoint reset. Give Yourself Compassion Here — Pigeon Pose For Hip Opening & Emotional Release
The hips store what we haven't said. On Day 4, after three days of opening, your body is finally ready for the deepest release in the journey. We move through multiple variations of pigeon pose with compassion and full permission to feel whatever arises. Emotion during this pose is normal, welcome, and healing. You made it to the other side. Day 5 closes our journey with the most joyful, playful pose of the five — windshield wipers. We flow through hip mobility variations that feel absolutely delicious, finishing the 5-day reset on a note of ease, openness, and the quiet knowing that something has shifted.
