Audriana aims to provide a wide variety of educational content and practical tips to help you feel empowered in your self-care practice.


Meet your Teacher

Audriana is a physiotherapist and trauma-informed yoga instructor who has completed many continuing education courses on chronic pain. She is passionate about working with individuals to help them manage pain and stress, and empowering them to feel safe in their bodies. She understands the role that trauma can play on the nervous system and brings this knowledge into her role as a practitioner. Audriana prides herself on using her knowledge and insight to guide individuals on their healing journey.
