Welcome to this quick reset through breathwork, where we will do a simple breathwork practice to cultivate inner presence and nourishment. We know that breathing for just 5 minutes during your day has a surprising number of benefits for both mind and body. Use this practice as a quick reset: Acts like a mini-meditation you can do anytime—between meetings, during a stressful time, before you sleep. Benefits of slow and deep breaths with 5/6 breathing rhythm: Enhances mood, improves focus, reduces stress, anxiety, and cortisol levels, calms body and mind because of the extended exhalations, and helps us to cultivate presence and awareness. Welcome to this quick reset breath work practice.

You can do this practice anytime.

We will take 15 slow and deep breaths.

We will breathe in slowly and deeply for 5 seconds.

We will breathe out slowly for 6 seconds.

Let's begin now.

Allowing yourself to be comfortable,

Your spine straight,

Rest your palms,

Close your eyes or soften your gaze if you can.

Now,

We will do 15 rounds of slow and deep breaths.

Breathe out slowly,

Breathe in slowly and deeply.

Three more rounds.

Breathe out slowly,

Breathe out and breathe out slowly.

Feeling thankful for your breath and your presence,

With a smile open your eyes,

Look to the world around you with a sense of aliveness and awareness.
