We will take three deep breaths where we will breathe in deeply through the nose and breathe out slowly through the mouth.
Now,
Breathe in deeply.
Exhale slowly through the mouth.
Breathe in deeply.
Exhale slowly through the mouth.
One more deep breath in.
And,
Breathe out slowly.
Beautiful.
Now,
Breathing naturally,
Notice your mind calming,
Your body relaxing.
The rhythm of your breath filling you with presence and kindness.
With each breath,
Feel your heart filling with pure joy.
Now,
Repeat the affirmations silently after me.
I am grateful for this moment.
I am thankful for this day.
Today,
I welcome joy.
I find joy by living in the present moment.
Joy flows to me.
Joy flows through me.
Joy flows into my life effortlessly.
I am worthy of a joyful life.
I live life with a joyful heart and I am full of love,
