Hello and welcome to your awakening possibility audio practice.
You can use this practice anytime to support meeting what is here,
Opening and incorporating that energy,
And then attuning to whatever energy of possibility starts to wake up.
So through this practice,
You will gain a greater depth and scope of choice,
Agency,
And possibility.
And you can start sitting or standing,
Whatever feels best.
Begin by taking a few generous breaths.
Maybe sighing out the mouth on the exhale,
Feeling how the breath moves in the body,
And really feeling your feet on the ground.
Taking a few full deep breaths.
And now you're going to start exactly where you are.
So without fixing or changing anything,
Just gently begin to scan your body to tune in what's here.
What's alive in your body right now.
Perhaps noticing temperature or movement of energy,
Tingles,
Tightness.
Just tuning in what's here.
You might also sense what's alive in the emotional landscape.
Without fixing or changing,
Just noticing what's alive right here,
Right now.
And perhaps you can even sense a overall mood or notice a felt sense.
What is it like to be you right now?
And gently start to notice the effort in your body.
Where are you holding or contracting or tightening?
Seeing if you can sense and feel where the energy is condensed,
Where it's held.
And it isn't always a tight feeling,
A contraction of energy could also be a numbness or heaviness.
So trust your body.
Where does your attention go when you begin to bring awareness to effort in the body?
And just allow that,
Without changing it,
We're just going to hang out here for a few minutes and get curious.
Feeling where you hold energy.
And starting to notice the overall shape your body takes right now.
Gently leaning into it a little bit more.
So over-emphasizing the effort.
Really becoming whatever is here.
Does this overall shape or way of being have a name?
Do you hear any narrative or story or conclusion?
And from right here,
What is your relationship to possibility?
And be really curious,
What are you noticing?
If you hear a belief or a story,
Remember to bring it back to the body.
Where does that live?
What does it feel like?
What are the physical sensations?
And for a few more seconds,
You're going to really become it.
You're going to emphasize the effort.
You're going to feel what the space around you is like.
Really becoming this shape,
This experience.
Holding that energy.
And then really slowly,
You're just going to start to breathe.
Bring in more breath.
And follow what opens in your body.
Really tracking with your awareness.
Feeling the sensations,
Allowing any movement,
Letting the breath be really full,
Really deep.
And follow what's here.
Maybe sound comes out.
Maybe different parts of you move.
Notice temperature.
Notice the movement of energy and see how can I say yes?
How can I let the body lead?
And if you feel stuck,
If you feel like the body is an opening,
Bring in more breath and begin to consciously choose to move,
To undo,
To release any of those areas you were holding.
Or maybe just choosing to start to move the shoulders or the face.
These places we can really hold a lot of tension.
Continuing to trust the body,
Letting the energy move however it wants to,
Making sound,
Breathing deep,
Following it,
Keep saying yes.
Continue to drop the effort and follow what's here.
And meet what you meet.
Emotions might arise,
Memories,
Images,
Sensations.
Whatever you meet,
Make it physical.
Let your body move,
Shake,
Crawl,
Kick,
Express,
Breathe,
Sound.
Remembering you can always slow down.
If the mind starts to chatter,
You start to find yourself leaving.
Slow it down,
Tune back into the sensations,
Bring in more breath.
How does the body want to move?
How does it want to incorporate this energy?
How does it want to integrate?
And I'm going to invite you to start to bring in some earth energy.
So really grounding all of this down,
Feeling the lower body,
Feeling the feet move on the earth,
Feel them push against the earth.
Maybe inviting a little bit more of that primal part,
That animal part,
That wild part to come alive and to show you how to be with this energy.
Remembering you can always bring in a lot of breath.
If you feel like you need a little bit more fire with your earth,
You can breathe in and out through the mouth.
If you feel like you need a little bit of water to support this earth energy,
You might let the breath be really slow and long and deep.
Trust your instincts,
Follow what's here,
Feel your body on the earth.
And you're going to gently start to slow things down.
So if you still feel a lot of activation and want to keep moving,
You can pause the recording.
But when you're ready to start to slow it down,
I want you to really tune into the sensations in the body now.
What's alive now?
What are you noticing now?
And from this place,
From whatever is here,
Once again,
You're starting right where you are.
Let that possibility awaken in you right now.
Maybe it's a longing,
A yearning,
A desire for possibility.
Maybe it's a fire,
A curiosity,
A playfulness,
A excited energy.
Maybe it's soft.
Maybe it's mysterious.
What does it awaken in you right now?
And whatever is here,
Whatever you can feel,
Begin to follow it using your awareness,
Your breath,
Your movement,
Your sound.
How does it want to be?
How can you say yes?
Really setting aside any rights or wrongs or shoulds,
Meeting whatever energy is here as you feel into possibility.
And let yourself be surprised.
Let whatever is here be just perfect,
Saying yes,
Moving with it,
Sounding with it,
Breathing into it,
Really being curious.
Meeting what is awakened within you as you feel into possibility,
As it appears in your body and your heart right here,
Right now.
Going on a journey,
An exploration,
Following the body,
Letting it take the lead.
Really saying yes to whatever is here,
Yes to belonging,
Yes to the fluidity,
Yes to the juiciness,
Yes to the grief,
Yes,
Yes,
Yes.
Saying yes with your movement,
Your breath,
Your body,
Your voice.
And for a few more moments,
Really opening yourself up to whatever is here,
Dancing with it,
Sounding with it,
Expressing it,
Really being with whatever is alive for you right now.
We're going to gently start to slow it down.
Remember you can always pause,
You can always follow what you need,
But when you're ready once again,
Tuning in,
What's here now?
What sensations are here?
What is the overall felt sense?
What shape does your body take now?
What does it feel like to be you?
Out from this place.
What matters to you from this place?
Beginning to sense and feel the space,
The air around you.
Without filling it,
What could be birthed from this space,
From you,
From your heart,
If you didn't immediately need to fill it or do it or fix it or move?
Taking a few full breaths here into this mystery,
Into this possibility,
Into what is here in this moment.
And you can choose to stay here,
To feel,
To notice what this experience is like,
Or when you're ready,
You can gently start to rest,
Finding a place to maybe lay down or sit down,
Really giving your body an opportunity to integrate all of this energy,
To really incorporate this practice and to give the body some real sweet,
