This meditation was written to assist children to be able to relax during the day. It includes instructions, to help the child to actually understand that focusing on something rather than everything can assist them to feel more relaxed. It begins with a body scan, followed by focusing on the image of clouds. Whether the focus is on real or imaginary clouds, it will assist the child to focus, the mind to calm and body relax.
